Front desk staff and the duty manager were very friendly and the location was too good. But the interiors, rooms and fur
Pros:

Location was so good. Easy access to metro and lots of restaurants nearby.

Cons:

Furniture too old and shaky . Room was smaller than what was expected. Toilets were not upto the mark

La ubicación es muy buena y cerca a la estación de metro Al Rigga

No limpiaban las habitaciones, no hacían las camas y solo dejaban las toallas y papel encima de la cama sin hacer, en la mañana cuando le pedía al muchacho de la limpieza que me diera papel o jabón se negaba rotundamente y me decía que tenía que pedirlo en la recepción, entonces tenía que llamar a la recepción o escribirles para que me atiendan

Great hotel for a normal trip
Pros:

Good hotel services and facilities. location is excellent and near the metro. rooms are clean and comfortable. breakfast is excellent and served in rooms if the number of guests are less than usual. Pool is exciting, clean and free at the roof top floor. the room price is excellent and reasonable after a great discount according to these features. we extended our stay in this hotel for another four nights.

Cons:

Check-In time starts from 3 pm and they don't give room before 2 pm. the architecture of hotel is a bit outdated. rooms are not sound-proof and all sounds and voice from adjacent rooms can be clearly heard which is really annoying. there is only 2 working elevators. but despite these problems, the price is reasonable after the discount and competitive with similar hotels in this district.
