Will stay again
Pros:

Staff was helpful and accommodating to allow us to check in earlier, and check out a little bit later.

Location is about 5-8 mins from the new Jesselton Point.

Cons:

Everything else is great. It would be perfect if free parking is available.

Location was great, breakfast was decent, spacious rooms. thats it. do not expect so much.
Pros:

The rooms are spacious and comfortable — you won’t feel cramped at all. The location is excellent: just 200 meters from Jesselton Point, situated above a mall for convenient shopping, and within walking distance to many eateries. The Filipino Market is also nearby.

Todak Waterfront is close by (though I wouldn’t particularly recommend it). For better food options, Senja Food Court is about a 2 km walk and worth the visit.

You can easily find reasonably priced bike and car rentals in the area, which can be more cost-effective than relying on Grab for transportation. Overall, the location is superb and very convenient for exploring the city.

Cons:

Check-in took far too long. I had already requested a connecting room multiple times — through the booking app, via email to the property, and I even reconfirmed over the phone before arrival. Despite all that, we still had to wait more than 30 minutes at the counter while they tried to locate the rooms.

I honestly don’t understand why it took so long, especially when the request had been communicated several times in advance. The staff seemed to just stare at the monitor without giving much explanation, which made the wait even more frustrating. It shouldn’t have been that complicated, especially for a pre-arranged request. To make matters worse, there was no comfortable seating while we waited. The only option was a long, hard wooden bench in front of the reception area, which was neither inviting nor suitable — especially after a long journey. A more comfortable waiting area and welcome drinks would have made the situation more manageable. Totally understand the lobby is small but make it a bit cozier and warm and welcoming.

In addition, housekeeping standards were quite disappointing. i stayed for 5 days, some of the days they didnt make up the beds and room. Toiletries were not replenished, and the bathroom had stagnant water, indicating poor drainage and maintenance. These are basic expectations that should be consistently met in any hotel stay.

The location is superb. Easily accessible yo shopping mall and nearby market. The room is big and comfortable
