Pros:

Friendly staff and the air conditioner in the room.

Cons:

Full of cockroaches. The receptionist changed the room but same.
Then I took a shower and after a while water started leaking from under the floor in the room.

Stay here if you love cockroaches
Pros:

The staff was nice

Cons:

I turned on the AC and a cockroach came flying out, thought it was just a one-off but I returned to the room a few hours later and there were a number of cockroaches on the walls. Left and didn’t come back.

Cons:

A Scam! I payed in advance. Upon arrival my room was not available. I had to book another documentation. I reached out to owner to cancel my reservation for free but i was ignored. I reached out to booking.com support and was ignored again. Will try to get my money back with bank chargeback. Huge redflag for both accommodation and booking.com. try to book directly dont use booking.com, and try to avoid this property!

Location wasn't bad.

Cons:

Mattress was uncomfortable, water wasn't hot enough, AC kept making terrible noises and was putting pulling in polluted air from the street, the street nice was very loud, the room was dirty and old, the room smelled like mildew and sweat, the lobby was terrible, the staff were not friendly, there was no way to keep the power on while away from the room so it was hot and awful every time we returned. Shower didn't drain properly, towels were the worst I've ever had in my life, very thin and very rough. Felt like sandpaper and was soaking wet after 5 seconds of drying off.

Pros:

Not bad for a budget hotel. You just have to bear the small cockroaches.
