Pros:

very professional staff, I got a free upgrade for my room, the breakfast and service was A class. Comfortable beds, the room was cleaned every day. I had an amazing experience, will come back.

the pillows were a bit too strong, not very comfy to sleep

Das Hotel ist direkt bei Piazza Garibaldi Mann kann mit dem Zug gehen oder die Metro benutzen oder den Bus Car nehmen im Zentrum ist mal schnell

Posizione strategica, a 200mt dalla stazione. Colazione a buffet molto varia e ottima con personale super gentile. Camera accogliente (tripla) con bagno spazioso.
Personale reception super gentili e ospitali

Cons:

Due porte finestre che danno sul cortile e purtroppo ci sono colombi o uccelli che depositano i loro escrementi, solo un po' più di accortezza, per il resto tutto ottimo

L’hotel e sopratutto le stanze sono bellissime e pulite. Lo staff davvero gentile e cordiale, anche i ragazzi alla reception e la colazione molto fornita e variegata. Ci siamo trovati molto bene. Unica pecca potrebbe essere la posizione vicino la stazione; è molto comoda per raggiungere tutti i punti di interessa ma le strade sono piene di gente non raccomandabile, ma comunque non essendo rientrati a tarda notte in hotel non abbiamo avuto alcun tipo di problema sopratutto perche le strade sono sempre sorvegliate da polizia. Raccomandiamo l’hotel !!!!
