​Das Personal war durchweg super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Insbesondere möchten wir uns bei Geeta bedanken, die uns jeden Morgen mit ihrem perfekten Türkisch herzlich willkommen geheißen hat, sowie bei Malik – wir hoffen sehr, beide Namen richtig geschrieben zu haben. Beide waren ausgesprochen herzlich und verstehen es hervorragend, auf Gäste einzugehen. Aus unserer Sicht wären sie perfekt für eine Position mit noch mehr direktem Kundenkontakt geeignet. Darüber hinaus gilt unser Dank Era an der Rezeption sowie Nia, die unsere Buchung völlig problemlos und unkompliziert geändert hat.

Zudem möchten wir noch erwähnen, dass das Hotel wirklich super schön und die Betten mega gemütlich waren!

Cons:

​Das Frühstück fanden wir aufgrund des A-la-carte-Angebots etwas umständlich. Ich persönlich würde ein Buffet bevorzugen, bei dem ich mir mein Essen selbst zusammenstellen kann – so ist man nicht ständig darauf angewiesen, nur das zu bestellen, was auf der Karte steht. Zudem sind die Portionen sowohl beim Frühstück als auch beim Abendessen relativ klein gehalten. Auch der Haartrockner im Zimmer könnte etwas mehr Leistung vertragen.

Peaceful and pleasantly stay
Pros:

The staff are friendly and very helpful.

Cons:

I like almost everything of this property. The one little thing which can be improved is the toilet paper hanger’s location. It should be right side of the wall.

Stunning resort, friendly staff, clean, peaceful and elevated environment
Pros:

We loved this property! It felt very serene, relaxing and peaceful. The resort had a beautiful setting that provided stunning views of the jungle. The pool was really nice and the hotel facilities like the spa and the restaurant was very good too.

Очень красивая и уютная территория, попав на которую есть возможность расслабиться и полюбоваться красотой зданий, цветов и деревьев. Уютный номер с личным бассейном и видом на джунгли, а ещё поразил холл перед нашим номером и большой зал для йоги.

Cons:

Ресторан на завтрак и ужин не оправдал ожиданий от уровня кухни 5-ти звёздочного отеля. Сервис достойный, а вот над кухней стоит поработать

Excelente experiência, do atendimento ao conforto do quarto!
Pros:

O que mais gostei no hotel foi, sem dúvida, o atendimento e a simpatia de todos os colaboradores, que foram extraordinários do início ao fim.
As instalações são ótimas, com destaque para o museu fantástico integrado no espaço, que torna a estadia ainda mais especial. Além disso, o conforto dos quartos é excelente, garantindo uma noite de descanso perfeita.

A Wonderful & Memorable Stay
Pros:

Excellent séjour ! Nous avons passé un merveilleux moment dans cet hôtel. Le personnel est vraiment adorable, accueillant et toujours disponible. La chambre était très propre, confortable et bien équipée. Tout était parfaitement entretenu et le rapport qualité/prix est excellent.
