Pros:

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were so friendly and welcoming, I wish I could remember all their names but can recall great customer service from Wina & Ardy. The hotel itself is quite modern and the rooms are spacious. I really enjoyed the outdoor hot tub. This was a lovely & peaceful retreat for me; just what I needed. The breakfast was delicious. The shuttle bus was quite handy to get into and out of town.

Cons:

I really cannot find any faults.

Amazing stay and experience.
Pros:

It was the most incredible stay. We had a suite with private pool and we enjoyed ourselves so much! The staff were also so nice and helpful. They even helped us take mirror photos with the gate on the property which saved us having to queue up

Very beautiful hotel, from the entrance to the smallest detail - you can really feel the nice curation throughout and the strong attention to the guest experience. The tall gates create a great first impression upon arrival. Lots of plants, lots of greenery, but that’s Bali at its best.

The room was large, spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was very nice, with a bathtub.

The restaurant and bar were very good, with several options available, and everything we tried was genuinely good.

The gym is good and more than sufficient for a hotel. I went once and it had more than enough equipment for a CrossFitter. For some other types of training, it might feel a bit limited, but overall it does the job well.

Pros:

Bardzo fajny hotel. Obsługa fantastyczna, śniadania bardzo dobre, pokoje sprzątane codziennie. Darmowy shuttle bus do centrum Ubud. Hotel na bardzo wysokim poziomie. Poprawna siłownia.

The hotel is about 80 to 90 minutes away from Bali Airport during peak hours.
The hotel consists of five floors, with the reception located at the top.
The fifth floor is the level that has the swimming pools — counting downwards, not upwards.
The hotel restaurant is more than excellent.
Overall, I recommend the hotel for adults, especially. I also suggest contacting the hotel before arrival to book some activities, as I found them fully booked. I recommend staying at least two nights at the hotel or more, with two meals included.

Cons:

There are a lot of mosquitoes near the swimming pool.

An absolute dream stay .
Pros:

Absolutely everything from the moment I rang to book due to hotel, travel agents had put us in being so bad, we moved here and Rai on reception couldn’t have been more welcoming and helpful. Room was spotless and spacious. Breakfast was delicious and great selection. Supi, Gede, Wid, Atik amongst all the other staff we met were outstanding in there hospitality skills. Definitely worth visiting this hotel.

The hotel’s aesthetics are beautiful and calming, with a great Ubud vibe that makes the whole place feel relaxing.

Our room was spacious, very clean, and extremely comfortable, and housekeeping kept everything spotless. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and we would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Ubud!
