Peaceful, relaxing and a big room with jacuzzi.
Pros:

Great location in Ubud Sayan - just 10 minutes ride from the Ubud Palace. The jungle-facing rooms are exceptionally peaceful, with no outdoor noise. The staff were incredibly helpful and always responsive via WhatsApp. Our spacious room felt more like a luxury apartment, and the large balcony with a private jacuzzi was a highlight. Overall, a comfortable and relaxing stay.

Cons:

Overall, restaurant service and bar service was very slow. You wait like 5-10 minutes for a cup of coffee, 30-35 minutes for food, which is I think a bit too much for Bali standards. Also, the sunbeds in the pool are not very suitable for tanning as they are uncomfortable.

Very nice and clean
Pros:

The hotel was super nice and clean , and it exceeded my expectations. The decoration is modern, and the furniture is very clean. And the most important thing is the treatment of the staff which was exceptional and very professional. Totally worth the price.

Cons:

The breakfast was very delicious but i think they can add more options of food.

Taking a step back from our busy lives
Pros:

It was close to nature and was cosy and quiet. The front desk and staff were kind and friendly, making us feel like we were at home. The museum tour was fascinating with so many sculptures and paintings. The staff that followed us, ADE, showed us around and explained some of the traditions of BALI and what the paintings are portraying.

Pros:

Everything, the hotel is gorgeous and well maintained the service and staff ate great. The food wasnt to our liking much but there are a lot of dining options in downtown ubud so it wasnt a problem to us at all.

Pros:

Lovely big pool but only in the sun until 1.30pm. Lovely entrance and very spacious rooms

Cons:

Lack of atmosphere, not close to anything and unfortunately Ubud isn't worth the visit at this time of year plus needed a taxi to reach it. This hotel would welcome the traditional banquet breakfast included in room price plus more affordable massages and yoga at a time people want to attend. Rooms were boring and underfurnished
