Die Unterkunft ist sehr komfortabel und sauber. Gut geeignet für 2 bis 4 Personen. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr höflich und hilfsbereit, haben Anfragen schnell beantwortet. Ich kann die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen!

Les salles de bain sont très petites !
La gente estaba disponible aunque no fuera en situ en el hotel. La habitación era muy tranquila y el hotel muy bien ubicado. Es vivir la experiencia de una casa tipica de Japon.
La facilité de Check in et out. L’emplacement. Le confort de la chambre. La gentillesse du staff.

The room is so comfortable and clean, it's also quite spacious considering the price. I didn't see the staff much as it was self check in, but they left little notes and treats in the room when I arrived and at the front desk when I left which was very very cute :)
the hotel is also a short walk from Nijo Station so its really convenient to get around Kyoto. The futon was also super comfortable, especially if you're not used to sleeping in a Japanese style room but want to try it this hotel is a really good option imo.
there wasn't a lot of luggage space as I didnt want to put my suitcase on the tatami flooring, but compared to other Japanese hotels in this price range in a convenient area its actually a good sized room! The bathroom was a bit small as well but everything was clean and worked without issue so I can't complain.
I really loved the lighting and how comfortable the beds were. It was so nice when we arrived we got green tea and a little card with check in info which was super nice. The room was also spacious and really appreciated having 2 chairs to sit in after walking the entire day around Kyoto. It was very clean and the ac was great. I would definitely come back here it was an amazing stay

Vu certains commentaires je m'attendais au pire mais l'établissement est tout à fait correct. le personnel est aimable et la chambre était propre et relativement confortable.
Le quartier n'est pas particulièrement intéressant mais on est bien connecté aux transports.

le Wifi ne marchait pas très bien
la porte de la salle de bain s'ouvre d'une façon qui gêne la circulation
les rideaux ne permettent pas de faire le noir dans la chambre, comme partout au Japon
Location was great. Only a 5minute walk from the laundry, supermarket and train station with 7/11 across the street.
Communal space on ground floor is well equiped.
Also liked the theme of the place.
Liked that theres disposal bins on each floor.
Space is very tight and narrow. Wasnt sure about fire egress other than the narrow stairwell.
The seats in the room is ok for most but hard on older travellers as its quite low for them to get up on.
The toilet door has a gap at the bottom so we had to wipe up a few times and the smell of someone using the bathroom eventually gets into the room.
One of the two rooms we booked felt like the toilet wasnt cleaned properly. Had urine smell when we got in.
