comfy beds, air conditioned, speedy elevators, no one bothered us. washroom was ok and clean, not much crowded lobby and some shops are very close to buy gifts and other stuff.

Cons:

No coffee/tea maker as claimed. No English speaking staff (very hard to communicate, only one person with some english speaking skills, who spoke in just single words.) The shuttle is not every half an hour but one hour apart which also did not appear on time (we did not use the shuttle but there was a guest waiting for a 5pm shuttle which according to him never appeare at all) we used taxi or walked to the haram. No food closeby, we had to walk to buy even a cup of tea. Confusing for most taxi drivers to reach from haram. Pay attention before you book as the booking.com takes you first here Umm Al Qura Rd, Az Zahra, Makkah 24221, Saudi Arabia and then it changes to Ibrahim al khalili road. they have replaced urls at some point which is not a good practice but very bad practice to lure guests by misleading them. the spelling plays here as one hotel is spelled manasik and the other is spelled mnasik (which does not appear in booking.com but in fact the taxi once took us there) google everything before you book. it is not booking.com's fault but the property's. (I think)

It was not great hotel at all and was very stressful to stay in this hotel.
Pros:

- there were so many lifts
- had bus for Masjid alharam
- shops and restaurants very close to the hotel

Cons:

- bad housekeeping service
- bus leaves early
-only one bus although so many passengers
-when it’s time to return from Alharam, the bus was not there at all to pick us up!!
- bad wifi and had to change rooms to get better wifi
- originally i booked 5 bedrooms but we got 4 bedrooms temporarily, then we asked for 5 bedrooms with better wifi. We already reached half of our stay.

Also booked prior 2 weeks earlier and the guy then told me on the day I checked in that there is no rooms so they gave me a terrible room on the first floor

rude staff !! smell was very bad

- An unbearable smell.

- On the first day, they gave me a room without a window, and the smell was very bad and very strong. I couldn't even go into the room. They changed the room to one with a window, and the bad smell was less .

- On the second day, a very rude man came to my room and asked me many questions (When is your check-in? When is your check-out? Who gave you this room? How did you book the room?). I asked several times, saying, "Sir, is there a problem?" but he ignored my question and didn't answer me. He continued to ask me questions.

- The shuttle service is very poor, only running 10 times in 24 hours.

Pros:

I book for 8 nights when i arrived at hotel they said rooms are not available and i already pay amount in advance.the next day they give the room and dont pay the amount of 1 night.
