Very comfortable, quiet, and close to the heart of Clearwater beach.
Pros:

Very clean, comfy pillows & bed, staff was very kind, only a block from the beach, tour boats, the pier, and other restaurants. It’s very quiet! Nice pool, view, and having Jimmys restaurant on site was great

Cons:

For the price, I do wish there was breakfast. Not sure where that’d be honestly, but otherwise really nothing else to not like!

Pros:

The Charthouse hotel is absolutely beautiful with the tasteful details to esthetically pleasing accommodations. The location was excellent-- right in the heart of everything, beach, restaurants, bars, attractions, etc.. The hotel far exceeded my expectations. We had a lovely room facing the marina. We sat on the balcony overlooking the marina every night. The rooms/bath are big, spacious, clean and beautifully decorated. Looking out the hotel windows was like living inside of a picturesque postcard. The pool area with big jacuzzi and fishing deck, restaurant/bar was excellent for winding down at night. The staff and housekeeping crew were very friendly and accommodating. They definitely made us feel welcomed and valued us as patrons. There were beautiful 5-star hotels there, but my sister and I repeatedly stated that we would choose the Charthouse over any of those. We definitely plan to return to the Charthouse. We actually felt sad leaving. The entire experience was most definitely a favorably memorable one.

Cons:

There was absolutely NOT anything to like.

Pros:

Nextdoor to the marina where all the boat rides are located. Deep Sea fishing, Dolphin 🐬 cruise, etc. close to Pier 60 and beaches. Get the marina view

Clearwater Charthouse - Excellent hotel.
Pros:

The room was bright with plenty of natural light, the air‑conditioning worked well, the beds were comfortable, and everything was very clean with a great bathroom. Great view of the marina from our balcony. The bar downstairs had a good range of food at decent prices, and the staff throughout the hotel were really friendly. The pool area was a good size with a sheltered jacuzzi, and the views over the marina were excellent. With the beach and Pier 60 just across the road, the location is perfect for exploring Clearwater. Parking was easy too, paid at reception with a multi‑storey directly opposite the hotel. A great stay, highly recommended. We had done a Florida road trip with 6 different hotels, and this one was the clear winning.

Cons:

Not a lot to fault, the bar floor was a bit slippy.
