New hotel, great stay
Pros:

I loved it was a easy walk to the beach, golf cart rental right at the lower level. Easy walk to all the shops also.The resturant inside the hotel was fabulous! The morning bartender was super friendly. The pool was warm, the balcony was a great way to end the day watching all the boats come in. Super clean, comfortable bed, I didn't toss and turn at all. Our room was ready earlier than expected which they let us check in along with an upgrade! I will definitely be back!

Cons:

The layout is a bit confusing at first. The hotel itself hasn't had its grand opening yet (January) so all the signs aren't up yet. I liked the brightness of the hallway but super early in the am can be a bit much.

I had an extremely clean bed and pillows to sleep in!

Cleanliness of the entire hotel and the surroundings. Absolutely no smoking no pets!

Pros:

Location was great, views were excellent. Room was light and airy and clean. Bed was superbly comfortable, and balcony was also comfortable. Staff was incredibly kind and friendly.

Cons:

No hooks anywhere—for a beach hotel, that seemed weird. Unclear where to go for beach towels and reception initially.

Cons:

At check in hotel concierge surprised us with a parking fee. He stated $20 for our entire stay of two night, three days. During check out, we were charged $20 per night. Hotel concierge did not resolve the issue, and only provided hotel info on sheet of paper at checkout. At check-in we were not informed of the hotel’s amenities and locations.
