Nice hotel, not for the price paid.
Pros:

location and beds

Cons:

bathroom was not 100% clean
no water in the room (courtesy for the price I was paying at the hotel)
water bottle available for purchase at reception for $3 small bottle - and no delivery to the room.

5th floor no elevator
Pros:

All things were good till Sunday, the elevators went down and not repaired.

Cons:

Shooting out side our door 5/31/26. And no elevator to use

Good budget friendly hotel with some minor caveats
Pros:

Overall the hotel was clean and the room we stayed in was comfortable. The private bathroom was spacious and the balcony was a nice touch.

The outside pool next to a bar and grill restaurant was great in case you don’t want to walk too far for some food.

The location of the hotel is exceptional. You are close to the beach and the pier. You are also close to a lot of restaurants, bars, gift shops, etc.

Cons:

Be aware that this hotel does not offer any complimentary water or any water fountains. They only offer room temperature water bottle for sale.

They do have some drink vending machines but it is cash only (No tap to pay in 2026 is wild). In Florida where its gets insanely hot and you get dehydrated fast, that was quite disappointing

On our last day of stay the elevator broke down so going up and down the stairs was the only option. (No fun carrying your beach essentials)

Pros:

Camera bellissima, spaziosa, pulitissima. Letto davvero comodo , vista dalla camera ECCEZIONALE.
Vicinissima alla spiaggia. Il bar della piscina offre piatti molto buoni e cocktail ben fatti. Rapporto qualità prezzo inimitabile

Pros:

The view was amazing and the room very big and clean. I also liked the jaccuzi and the warm swimming pool. I really love the room, it's balcony and the view.

Cons:

Not soundproof. I could hear the car horns in the street and the people in the hallway.
