Neues Hotel am Coast Waterway und Yachthafen, Strand in 5 Min fußläufig. Alles neu und sauber. Schöner Balkon mit Blick aufs Wasser. Netter kleiner Außenpool mit Blick aufs Wasser

Cons:

Es ist kein Meerblick sondern Blick auf eine Wasserstraße, das Haus steht auch in 2.Reihe zum Meer. Es gibt im Haus für abends eine Bar, aber keinerlei Frühstück, auch nicht für Geld und gute Worte. WLAN und der Bewegungsmelder im Bad funktionierten nicht zuverlässig. TV war nicht für Internet freigeschaltet. Netflix und Koppeln mit Tablet daher nicht möglich. Lautes Fensterklimagerät, wie in Mittelkassehotels der USA Standard. Es war ein Doppelzimmer mit 37qm, lt. Booking.com Seite hätte es 49 qm haben sollen. Wir haben für eine Nacht im April 383 USD bezahlt, zzgl. 20 EUR für Parken im Parkhaus nebenan, die Kreditkarte wird mit einer Kaution belastet. Das fanden wir viel zu viel

Over all good stay.
Pros:

Everything was good including smooth check in, close to the wedding venue that we were attending.

Cons:

The only thing I would like to make a note that we could feel the beach sand on the room floor from the very first day. They need to clean the sand really neatly.

The hotel is very nice, the room was large and comfortable. The pool area is on the marina, nice to see the boats. The staff was great.

The food has a lot to be desired. This was the only thing we didn't like about the hotel.
