voor de rest een rustig hotel en daar hou ik van.
Pros:

de kamer was vrij groot, maar zijn ook aan renovatie werken nodig!!

Cons:

is wel een verouderd hotel , de hotel balie is vrij recent gerenoveerd maar de gangen boven liggen vol met omgekrulde en vast gemaakte tapie plein, gevaarlijk voor ongelukken.
ontbijt is beschikbaar maar weinig keuze en variatie

Soweit alles prima. Ich komme gern mal wieder.
Pros:

Prima Lage, sehr ruhig. Habe selten so ruhig und bequem geschlafen. Das Bett war super.

Cons:

Die Elektrik / Beleuchtung sollte bei Gelegenheit überprüft und repariert werden. Der Wasserdruck der Toilettenbrause war eher gering!

Pros:

This hotel is walking distance to vivid red sunsets over Jotiem beach.

It is also walking distance to local markets, street food vendors, 7-11 and Tops Daily as well as ATMs.

As well as multiple restaurants including non 🚫 smoking 🚭 restaurants.

It's great that non-smoking restaurants are becoming more common in Asian countries.

There are a few tourist attractions nearby. There is also Pattaya. I don't have any interest in the traditional night life that occurs in Pattaya.

I only saw one tourist attraction from this hotel. I will likely see the others from elsewhere later.

I visited Non Nook Park. It's basically a concrete park with different creatures from history including ancient Egyptian Gods like Ra, Isis, and all the others that escape my memory as well as dinosaurs, Sharks in more varieties than you would likely know, an Orca and various wild animals from around Earth as well modern farm animals like pigs, chickens and cows and also includes statues of other religions figures including Bhudda and happy Bhudda. They have real elephants and a few other real animals too.

Jotiem beach was a bit dirty for swimming and sunbathing for reasons not openly discussed but I suspect a sand dredging ship damaged a waste pipe nearby. I am not 100% sure. It seems mostly fixed now.

But you actually get really good sunlight in the room so you can even catch some sunlight ☀️ while napping.

The views are better at the beach especially from nearby restaurants.

Normally I can't live in a hotel at all.

But this one was mostly fine.

Cons:

There were two small problems, one that seemed to require the sign outside the window being partly removed to prevent any future theoretical attempt of climbing it.

The second being that I misplaced a small bike light in the hotel somewhere that someone pocketed. It only cost a few rupees and can likely be replaced on Lazada cheaply.

Cool staff and yummy breakfast
Pros:

The staff is super cool, very polite and helpful, all reception girls smiled and was nice, the breakfast for being in small hotel was very good, and great coffee, 30 meters from the beach, good price, clean. Super value for money

Cons:

Previous guest must have smoked in the room, but i opened the window and aired the smell out
