Pros:

Convenient for the ferry port for our onward travel.
Owner met us at the gate and helped with our overnight bags. Secure parking (but at an extra cost)

Cons:

There was only comfortable seating for one person. So one of us had to sit on the bed. This was the biggest issue for us. There were 2 high stools on the kitchen, but these couldn't be used to sit and watch TV. Just a single bed settee which would seat one person. In an apartment we expected to have seating.
The kitchen was a good size, but the layout with the table meant there was very little room to get into cupboards and to the kettle. You had to go through the kitchen to get to the bathroom.
Parking was very tight in the carpark

Pros:

Great location, walking distance to town, beach and lake. Host was very friendly and helpful. Gated car park. Felt secure. Clean and tidy. Good size room, bed and bathroom.

Cons:

Facilities were good but no draining board.

Excellent stay
Pros:

Host was very nice and available all of the time. Cleaning was offered everyday even though we didn’t need it. Location is superb, steps away from South sea promenade, big park and bus stations. We either walk or take the buses everywhere

Goed voor 1 overnachting
Pros:

Heel vriendelijk personeel wat hielp met de koffers. De locatie was prima voor 1 nachtje. Dichtbij de zee en een leuk park en pier met entertainment maar was al wel dicht in de avond. De keuken was goed voorzien om in te koken en Lidl in de buurt.

Cons:

Het bed was een beetje klein en dat we niet bij de locatie zelf konden parkeren. Had dit zelf niet goed gelezen in een berichtje wat ik had ontvangen maar uiteindelijk in de straat zelf kunnen parkeren zonder te betalen omdat we op tijd weer weg zijn gereden.

A nice flat to spend a few days
Pros:

Right near the bus stop and beach! A beautiful view. We had an air fryer, microwave and refrigerator to use for a simple meal, and basic utensils to prepare it with. Very friendly and available staff. Very secure place.

Cons:

We were always relying on the bus for our sightseeing. Very limited food nearby. We would either walk 15-20 minutes, or get back on the bus to go to pubs and restaurants. Coop express is rather close.
