Excellent location, fabulous facilities and phenomenal staff! We definitely come back!
Pros:

Staff were extremely helpful, polite and proactive. In particular, JoJo the manager was fantastic, she made sure we had a good table with a view for breakfast every morning, got us provisions for our long journey back to the airport on our final day and was always available for help at any time.
The ski room is second to none, helpful staff and being able to walk straight onto the slopes with our skis laid out in the morning and brought back in at end of the day was an added treat.
Spa was lovely and rooms very spacious and cleaned daily. Can’t fault the place!
