青森に出張の際にまた来たいですぐ
Pros:

朝食は有料ですが、食べる価値のある美味しさです
宿泊者が少ない時はお膳の状態で取り分けててくれます
立地も繁華街の近くでアクセスがよいです

Cons:

駐車場がホテルの裏手にあり分かりづらいです
駐車場自体は広々としていますが、入る道と出る道は比較的狭いので注意が必要です

One of the best stays during my trip because the staff's politeness is outstanding!
Pros:

The staff's politeness and friendliness at Aomori Green Park Hotel exceeds most other Japanese Hotels I've been to on my travels! And I went to a lot of places throughout japan already. Even without talking to them much, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming, which made my stay very nice!

The staff called a taxi for me to get to the airport because there was heavy snow in January.

The Hotel isn't brand new so the rooms weren't too, but everything was still in very good condition. The bed was comfortable and the room had a little window which I could open quite much for fresh air.
Convenient store and bus stop are nearby.

Cons:

A little walk away from the train station but doable.
