Pros:

We had a fantastic stay at Al Raha Beach Resort & Spa. The resort offers a wonderful blend of relaxation and comfort.
​Location & Views: The serene beach view and peaceful waterfront setting make it an ideal spot to unwind away from the hustle and bustle.
​Facilities & Amenities: The pool area is excellent, clean, perfect temperature in a hot weather and well-maintained. The rooms are spacious, quiet, and very comfortable.
​Service: A special mention to Kseniya at reception for her exceptional support—she made check-in seamless and was incredibly welcoming throughout our stay!! The rest of the staff were equally warm, attentive, and consistently went out of their way to ensure everything went smoothly.
​Overall, it was a memorable experience, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing beachside retreat in Abu Dhabi. We look forward to coming back!

Cons:

The cold water pressure was very low. Everything else was perfect for what you pay.

Pros:

We had a pleasant stay overall. The hotel is spacious, family-friendly, and in an excellent location. It is directly connected to Al Raha Mall, with many shops and services nearby, making everything very convenient. The rooms are spacious, the staff were friendly and helpful, and my children really enjoyed the stay. It is a great hotel for families.

Cons:

Although the hotel has great potential, it clearly needs better maintenance. We booked a family room for seven people (my wife, our five children, and me), but instead we were upgraded to three separate single rooms. As a married couple, we expected at least one room with a double bed, but we were given a room with three single beds, which was not appropriate. The rooms, carpets, and furniture looked worn out, and the overall cleanliness was below expectations. My wife developed an itchy skin rash, and later one of my sons experienced the same issue, which made us suspect there could be bed bugs in the mattresses. We also found a water bottle that had already been opened and contained soap inside, which we reported immediately. The bathroom light in Room 301 was not working, and in Room 308 the bathroom door handle kept falling off. The ceiling showed visible patches of different paint colors, reflecting poor maintenance. Finally, I found it inconvenient that my teenage children (aged 15–17) were not allowed to access the facilities on their own and had to be personally accompanied by me every time, despite the presence of lifeguards and security staff. This policy made it unnecessarily difficult for our family to enjoy the hotel's facilities.
