None
Nothing! I just want to start my reviews here.
The unit is good for 2 person only.
If you're beyond 6 feet, you can't fit in the bed.
The bed quality is subjective, its a bit hard and my husbamd is fine with it.
The toilet is a bit smelly and the water from the shower room (even there's a glass door) leaks.
The blanket is for 1 person only and it's as thin as normal blanket.
The only positive is its close to shops.
I have travelled and stayed in hotels ans Airbnbs but this is the only time I will make a negative review as I am really pissed off.
There are hotels and plenty of other Airbnb unita that is way way way better than this.
The Hosts - Horrible
I booked this unit because I read good reviews from the previous guests and I assumed we'll have a good rest after a long flight. But it turns out horrible.
The owner asked us of our ETA. I asked her If I may possibly check-in at 2:30 PM (we'll be checking out before 9AM the next day) but she refused saying that the AC is under maintenance. ITS OKAY since the standard check-in is at 3PM. We arrived at the door unit at 4:16 PM. The cleaner and maintenance people (about 4) are still in the unit. The cleaner lady refused to let us in saying its still not ready and they are still fixing the AC and haven't clean and no bed linen at the property.
I'm trying to call and messaged through their Philippine Number +63 997 957 **** (Sam the Owner) to raise my concern but she's not answering, I even messaged the host through booking.com but I never receive any response as to why we can't check in until 5 PM. The guard came up at 4:30 PM and asked us to leave the hallway and wait again in the lobby.
This is really unprofessional and lack of considerarion towards your guest who travelled and wanted to get some rest before heading to the next leg. I wanted to be as undertanding as possible but the hosts doesn't coordinate. The lady (Host) knew that there will be repairs and inconvenience to happen but refused to let the guests know so the guest can consider another arrangement and stop communicating as soon as I complained.
Two days have passed and still the hosts avoided to read my message nor apologize for the inconveniece they caused.
Location. Well equipped apt.
Filthy pool, unserviced, soaking bed from dripping AC, Lots of red tape on check in and unprepared by the host.
Bright and clean
Check-in and bathroom mouldy smell.
