Pros:

The room and hotel was exceptionally clean and well designed. Good size and nice shower. The bed was very comfortable. Love the complimentary drinks/snacks. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. The cocktails at the bar were amazing.

Cons:

The pool area was closed pretty early at 8 pm and it would be nice if it was open until 10.

Pros:

Absolutely luxurious, and excellent staff!! Low tide restaurant was absolutely delicious. Loved the atmosphere and will definitely return.

“Must Stay” hotel at least once in your life
Pros:

Luxury,high class,very clean and the room decoration,the design….Everything is amazing!!!

Cons:

One of the front desk ladies speaks very fast and I cannot get what she meat several times which makes me feeling very stupid about myself …

Luxurious one night stay
Pros:

Beautiful, comfortable hotel in a great location. We enjoyed sitting in the lobby when we arrived, and exploring the rooftop deck with comfy seats and heat lamps, the pool area, and we very much enjoyed our room and all the amenities provided. It is a pricey place to stay, but the experience almost justified the price. (It was very expensive!) I wish we had more time at the hotel to enjoy the pool area and rooftop deck, but it was an overnight trip, we had other obligations, and the time went too quickly!

Cons:

I appreciated the security, but the room key did not always work the way it was supposed to in the elevator or the pool door (during pool hours). The hotel is also very much a maze, making it complicated to find the rooftop deck and to get around to other places. Also, the listing said parking, but I did not know until after I had already purchased the nonrefundable room that parking = valet and a pretty steep charge. (There is metered street parking, which becomes free 8 PM - 8 AM.) Also, they charge a lot more for early check in, late check out, etc.

A very beautiful surprise and Santa Cruz in a different way.
Pros:

The place is beautiful and the decoration goes beyond the obvious blasé minimalism. The lobby also has the bar Pearl, that is very charming with different little areas.
The bedroom (king), was beautiful, very clean and the bed super comfortable.m. The arts on the walls all the way to the rooms are fun and once again, not obvious. The staff is very sweet and gentle. The reception with champagne is the right way to be welcomed. I don’t want get into a hotel without that ever again. Well done guys! :)

Cons:

I think that the pool space is kind small for the amount of seats, depending on the day it can get too crowded. The valet system is not fitting the great place and services in general. This is lacking efficiency. It took me 30 minutes waiting for it. And the breakfast menu for the room service could be a little bit more inspiring and beautiful. People don’t want just eat in a place like this, want an experience.
