พนักงานห้องอาหารไม่ค่อยดูแลรับผิดชอบดีเท่าที่ควรทำ อาหารหมดไม่มีไม่มาตรวจสอบ ช้อนซ้อมหมด เหลือแค่ช้อนคันเดียว นั้นค่อนข้างรู้สึกแย่ รอบแรกฉันแจ้งพนักงานว่าอาหารหมดเขาก็มาเติมอาหารให้แต่ระหว่างนั้นพวกเขานั่งคุยกันเหมือนพวกเขาค่อนข้างว่าง แต่พอรอบสองช้อนซ้อมไม่มี ฉันไม่เดินไปแจ้งเพราะฉันเหนื่อยเกินกว่าจะบอกทุกอย่างว่าอะไรมีหรือไม่มีบ้าง พวกเขาสมควรดูแลมากกว่าปล่อยให้ลูกค้ามาคอยบอกตลอด

Very pleasant! Would stay again.

Location was great, staff were friendly and helpful, room was clean. Great value for money.

Cons:

It would be great to have a small clothes drying rack (I ended up buying my own), and the wifi wasn't reliable.

I booked the ground floor by the pool, but the hotel gave me 1st floor, claiming all occupied. The hotel charged 1000bath for lipstic stain at checkout which is very disappointing.

Pros:

The staff was lovely and very helpful. We booked very last minute and they prepared everything straight away and with a smile.
Room is clean and has everything you could need. Hair dryer, microwave, water, coffee, mini fridge...

Will come back next time I'm in Phuket!
