We had an absolutely wonderful stay.
Such a lovely, cozy, and comfortable place.
The staff were incredibly polite and professional.

Идеята е добра но подръжката на сградите и чистотата бяха на много ниско ниво.

Cons:

Вилата пода беше меъсен и мазен ,възглавниците имаше множество косми все едно не са били сменени от предходният престой на гости.

واطلاله حلوه
وهدوء. وموظفين متعاونين لا موظفة الرسبشن اتوقع جزائرية. ولا موظف اللي يشب الحطب. ولا عاملات النظافه

عيبه بعيد وحجزت في منتجع فرعهم الثاني وبعد عنا وصلت له لاان موقعه غير صحيح ولقيت عمال يقولون نسوي تعديل واعطوني رقم ثاني ووصلني للمنتجع الثاني.
لاكن العوائل مافيه خصوصيه.
عندي مقترح تسكر الممرات اللي من امام الشاليه بشجر
لا انه مايكون في خصوصيه وقت ماتبي تروح للمطعم لوبي برا المسبح تمر من عند الشاليه اللي جنبه وتلاقيهم جالسين لقيت عوائل خليجيه. كانو جنبنا اول ماجينا اضطرينا نمر من عندهم
فاخربنا خصوصيته واشوفهم من العشا واهم داخل الشاليه ماطلعو برا. ياخذون راحتهم

Η τοποθεσια ειχε πολύ ομορφη Θέα αν και προσβαση στο κεντρο γίνεται μονο με ταξί. Παρειχαν καθημερινά ξυλα για το τζάκι και το οίκημα ηταν πολύ καθαρό και ζεστό. Ολα μεσα πολύ ανετα και τακτοποιημενα.

Cons:

Το προσωπικό στην ρεσεψιόν ήταν απαράδεκτο. Αγενές και με πολυ κακή συμπεριφορα. Συγκεκριμένα δεν απαντούσαν σε ερωτήσεις και εβαζαν τις φωνές. Ακόμα και την ημέρα που φευγαμε επειδη κάναμε ενα καφέ στην υποδοχη απο τους καφέδες που ειχαν για τους πελάτες ηρθαν καο αφαιρεσαν τον βραστήρα για να μην κανουμε άλλο όσο περιμέναμε για το ταξι που θα μας πηγαινε στο αεροδρομιο. Σε αντίθεση οι καθαρίστριες του ξενοδοχείου ηταν παντα ευγενικές και πάντα προθυμες να μας βοηθήσουν σε ότι ζητουσαμε.
