Pleased to have stayed.
Pros:

The location in the village is excellent - when you’re in the hotel or by the pool you have no idea you’re right in the heart of the village. Good food in the evening but…

Cons:

Breakfast was on the very simple / bland side - they need to improve this.

Air conditioning is not great and was not strong enough to cool the room down - sadly hot nights.

Rooms are not cleaned properly during the stay, however beds were made daily. We ran out of shower gel after the first night and this again was not replaced. I use the eco thing a little bit as an excuse for things that are not quite right.

It’s is though a great place to stay and we did enjoy it. I’m sure with time they will polish the edges around what they are offering.

Merveilleux!
Pros:

Absolument tout, c’est de plus en plus rare de trouver en France des établissements qui attachent encore autant d importances au détails. Le domaine est magnifique, il y a plein d activités à faire, tout est bien pensé. Leur système de iPad - whatsapp et équipe tech est top. Les chambres super confortables. Le restaurant Jardin secret vaut vraiment le détour.

Cons:

J’ai juste eu un prob avec la Clim pendant deux jours mais ça arrive - ça n’a pas entaché mon expérience.

Exceptionally good based on the location and grounds.
Pros:

Location is incredible. Hotel grounds are beautiful. The woman who checked us in was really great. Breakfast was fantastic.

Cons:

Staff were a little reserved. Ok, but not as warm as you would expect from a location like this.

I would return !
Pros:

The property had beautiful gardens and wonderful pools . Air of tranquility. Wouldn’t really suit a family

Cons:

I think to expect people to use the same towels for 3 days otherwise to pay E 10 is a bit much .

Avec un parti prix écologique mais des prix d’hôtel 4/5 étoiles .
Air conditionné uniquement dans les chambres malgré la canicule.
Facturation des serviettes si utilisation de moins de quatre jours!
Difficile de se retrouver dans une juxtaposition de bâtiments.
Personnel peu aimable .
Nous ne reviendrons pas dans cet hôtel
Impossible de dîner dans le restaurant réputé car complet malgré que nous soyons dans l’hôtel

We loved the village, the location of the hotel in the village. The boutique nature of the property and the quirkiness. There were irritating factors - the threat that if you left a towel out of place in the bathroom you would be charged 10 euro, the lighting in the rooms is dreadful, you cannot see to do your makeup. The breakfast - brilliant in parts, fresh produce but coffee machine not replenished with milk, no oranges for OJ one am . Staff ok but not empowered to solves issues ( our safe was jammed our final am). Car park attendant only knew how to say no! We loved the style of the hotel but felt the core mgmt was amateur as all issues would have been resolved with slightly more visible and engaged management.

Pros:

It was amazing hotel, quiet and peaceful. The location was such that we could have stayed longer to do more visiting in the area. The village at first disappointed, however on exploring we found it was as advertised, everyone we encountered seemed to be happy.
