Pros:

Вид з вікна на Казбегі просто вау, можна прийняти ванну, є і ванна і душ у номері, простора кімната, гарний сніданок.

Cons:

Готель знаходиться на горі, з центра міста підійматися пішки 17 хв на гору дуже важко. В кімнаті немає телевізора.

Obiekt w wysokim standardzie. Wszystko dopięte na ostatni guzik a obsługa bardzo pomocna i zaangażowana w pobyt gościa.

Nie jest to do końca opinia obiektu ale droga dojazdowa oraz wjazd są w budowie lub w bardzo złym stanie. Dojazd utrudniony a pora roku oraz warunki atmosferyczne maja mocny wpływ na możliwość dotarcia do hotelu.

Чистый и просторный номер, внимательный персонал.

При возникновении сложностей с тем, чтобы добраться до отеля, персонал шел на помощь и предлагал варианты решения проблемы. Спасибо!

Cons:

В отеле только завтраки, нет постоянного ресторанчика и возможности пообедать или поужинать (поэтому поставила 9/10 :) )

Heerlijk hotel en super ontbijt
Pros:

Uitstekend en net hotel! Waren er net in het voorseizoen (maart), en daardoor een vrijwel privé ontbijt dat heerlijk was en mét heel fatsoenlijke koffie! Ruime keuze, prima locatie om Kazbegi in te lopen met veel restaurantjes et cetera.

Очень классный ламповый отель, в котором к тебе относятся, как к члену семьи! Мое знакомство с гостеприимством Грузии началось именно тут и стало отправной точкой любви к этой стране!
Я проживала тут на рождество с 7 по 11 января.
Большой номер с ванной, балконом и головокружительным видом на г. Казбек.
Очень удобная постель, чистый номер, банные принадлежности создавали комфорт. Очень тепло! Вкусные завтраки, которые в отсутствие гостей готовят к твоему пробуждению. Очень приятные девушки на рецепеции. Раннее заселение. Помощь с продлением, когда закрыли перевал. Любые вопросы и просьбы. Я в восторге от своего опыта здесь и рекомендую всем!

Cons:

Эмоции «не понравилось» нет.
Я хочу посоветовать добавить мебели в номер, второй стул, журнальный столик. Тем более площадь комнаты позволяет, а поверхностей для баночек-скляночек всегда мало.
В отеле нет лифта, поэтому ходим по ступенькам, качаем мышцы 💪
Отель очень душевный!

However, there's a minor drawback. The hotel is situated at the peak of a slope. If you're carrying heavy luggage, I'd highly recommend taking a taxi. It'll save you from the hassle of lugging your bags up the incline, ensuring a more comfortable and stress - free arrival at this otherwise charming place.

We had the most incredible stay at the newly opened Residence Kazbegi! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the stunning views of the mountains – you can even see Mount Kazbek right from the terrace. The hotel is beautifully designed, combining modern comfort with natural charm, and everything was spotless and cozy.

The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. They gave us great tips for local hikes and even helped us arrange transportation. We especially loved the peaceful atmosphere – it felt like a true retreat away from the crowds.

Our room was spacious, with a comfy bed, big windows, and a balcony where we enjoyed morning coffee surrounded by breathtaking scenery. Breakfast was fresh and delicious, with plenty of local options.

It’s clear that a lot of care and attention has gone into this new hotel – everything feels fresh, thoughtful, and perfectly in tune with the surroundings. We can't wait to come back and stay longer next time. If you're looking for comfort, quiet, and unforgettable views in Kazbegi – this is the place!
