Stayed at 100 on M Fluent Service Apartments in Cape Town and it was absolutely fantastic! The location is simply perfect. Central to everything you need. Couldn't have asked for a better base to explore the city. Highly recommend!

Clean, comfortable and excellent location.
Pros:

Very clean rooms, fully staffed reception and includes streaming services such as Netflix and Amazon Prime. Room came with a washing machine and iron. Outlets for USB available.

Reception was super responsive to additional requests - I asked for a drying rack and they provided one within 48h. When I asked for extra cleaning this was provided on the same day.

Location is great - 10 min walk to the sea and lots of tasty restaurants near by :)

Cons:

The windows were not super clean from the outside. Minor but it would have been nice to have a clear view.

NB the pool is not heated!

Pros:

I like the facilities they provide and the quality of the accommodation...it's simply fabulous. The location is superb. All the modern amenities are there in the room for a comfortable stay.

Cons:

Although the bed is very good but it is a bit smaller for the two people and specially a tall guy like me having 6 ft. But it is adjustable.

Pros:

The rooms were very nice and clean, staff very supportive. Location is great too, you will get the best sunsets in Sea Point! They have European plug ins in the room. By the hotel you have the best store with handcrafted goods, everything is so beautiful! It’s called MIA mélange. As a guest you receive 10% discount too ;)

Cons:

The hairdryer had adapter, but it was wrong, so we used ours.

We had an amazing stay everything was clean, comfortable, and the view was absolutely beautiful.

We had such an amazing time on our vacation! The apartment was super clean, well put together, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The view was absolutely beautiful and made the whole experience even better. We had so much fun and really enjoyed every moment. We would definitely book this place again in the future. Pros:

Удобное месторасположение недалеко от набережной, рядом много кафе и магазинов. До Victoria & Alfred Waterfront примерно 30 минут по безопасным улицам. На крыше отеля есть бассейн и столики, откуда можно наблюдать закат.
