Great location and brand new, friendly staff, well equipped

Cons:

The bed was too short. The rooms are small, but beds should be longer. I’m 6ft and my feet were hanging over the edge. Too small.

Klein aber fein, tolle Lage und Preis-Leistung ist top! Würde es wieder buchen :-)
Pros:

Man hat eine super Lage in Sea point! Alle Cafes, Restaurants und shops befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Man fühlt sich sicher in der Gegend und kann vieles zufuß machen ohne bedenken. Die Unterkunft ist 24/7 von der Security besetzt. Das Zimmer ist sehr modern eingerichtet und personal war stets freundlich. Der Pool ist klein aber fein, ausreichend für eine Abkühlung. Der Ausblick von der Dachterasse ist atemberaubend ( Blick auf signal Hill & lions head).

Cons:

Das Zimmer war etwas klein und kompakt. Man hatte keine wirkliche Ablage Fläche für größere Koffer oder Kosmetik im Bad. Aber für 2 Personen ausreichend :-) Leider hat man schon ab 15uhr keine Sonne mehr am Pool.

Pros:

We loved staying in one hundred for almost 2 weeks! Great location with a seafront for long walks. Nice sunbathing area on the roof. The design of the apartments is modern. The staff is very friendly. They even provided us with the high chair for our baby. We felt absolutely safe there. Thanks a lot! You made our vacation perfect!

A wonderful stay with great comfort, friendly staff and an excellent location.
Pros:

The apartment was modern, clean and very comfortable. The location was excellent and convenient, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The facilities were good and the space felt welcoming and well maintained.

Cons:

The only small thing I missed was a full-length mirror in the apartment. There was only a small mirror in the bathroom, which made it a bit difficult when getting dressed.

Pros:

We stayed in three types of rooms here- a 2 bed apartment with our daughter, a studio and a compact studio. The standard of decor and equipment is very high - new washing machines, air fryer etc. The style of decor is lovely though in some cases they might have too much furniture making the usable space cramped. . The Studios are small and compact but very well designed. The location is fantastic and the security is very professional and reassuring.

Cons:

We found the studio so cramped for 2 people (small bed and little space for suitcases) that we booked an additional compact Studio for the second adult. The 2 bed apartment was facing the main st on the second floor and was very susceptible to road noise...it felt like a window as open so the insulation was not very effective. Our studios were 3rd floor on a side street and much quieter.

Had a very good experience! The booking process was smooth and everything was well organized. The staff were friendly, professional, and made sure everything went perfectly. The location was excellent and very convenient, I would definitely recommend it!

6 days lovely vacation in Cape Town
Pros:

The location. How it looks for outside, the inside, the studio flat very comfortable, beautiful and with all the appliances needed. Even more I could say. And of course the stuff that works there.

Cons:

I love it. Nothing bad to say. Maybe I would change the arm chairs for a small sofa but in general nothing. Everything was perfect
