Sehr schön eingerichtet, aber wir würden nicht nochmal buchen.
Pros:

Wir haben ein Upgrade auf eine Wohnung mit zwei Schlafzimmern bekommen. Die Wohnung war neu und schön eingerichtet.

Cons:

Die Wohnung war im zweiten Stock direkt hinter der historischen Fassade. D.h. man hatte von allen Fenstern und der Terrasse Blick auf Mauern/die Rückseite der Fassade. Keinerlei Ausblick.
Die Badezimmer sind sehr klein, keinerlei Abstellmöglichkeiten.
Die Spülmaschine war nicht angeschlossen und das Personal hat es auch in unserem 8tägigen Aufenthalt nicht geschafft sie ans laufen zu bekommen.
Die Wohnung ist sehr hellhörig und der Strassenlärm ist extrem.

Pros:

Loved the location and the apartment. We had one of the bigger ones which I would recommend for two persons. Very reasonable priced. Stayed for more than a week and my friend decided to stay to weeks more.

Cosy appartement près de la plage, des cafés, des restos où je me suis sentie chez moi.
Pros:

J ai beaucoup aimé le quartier avec plein de café et restaurants. Petite chambre mais avec tout ce qu'il faut. Même machine à laver et petit balcon.

Great location and service. Apartment came equipped with everything I needed.
Pros:

The location was great, I was a little worried about safety. But the sea point neighbour and main rd were great place to be with lots of good restaurants near by.

Cons:

I wish I could have experienced the building when it was fully completed with the clubhouse, gym and such that were still under construction while I stayed.

Alles war brandneu. Wir waren wahrscheinlich mit die ersten Gäste. Es ist alles da, was man auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt braucht. Top Ausstattung! Alles perfekt!

Good value for money apartment. Management can be improved.
Pros:

Nice new apartments. Location is good. Close to the ocean and next to some great brunch spots

Cons:

Communication wasn’t great. Got a different room than we booked. We were originally allowed to switch the next day and when the next day was there we couldn’t switch anymore. Aircon was leaking for 2 days after we highlighted it, while we were working at the same table. Cleaning was supposed to come every other day but had some miscommunication there as well it appears. Ow… and they have a very strange elevator system, requires some strategising 😄

Bongani and his team was absolutely amazing. Check in was smooth and seamless. Staff and security very friendly and help
