Staff were rude and made a big story about some booking issue on their side and said they couldn't accommodate us (despite the booking being confirmed). They then said we'd need to concede and move rooms on the 2nd day of our stay (including being without a room between checkout and checkin that day for 3 hours). After an unpleasant back and forth - they gave us a room.
The room is only cleaned every 2nd day. On one of the days the room needed to be cleaned, the cleaner only arrived at 16.45. We asked for 10 minutes to get our stuff and leave to which she responded she didn't have time to wait for us and needed to leave. So over our 5 day stay- the room was cleaned once. This also meant amenities like tea and coffee weren't topped up.
