Amazing staff, but unfortunately badly designed prison cells.

Excellent Stay
Pros:

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The location is unbeatable - right in the heart of Sea Point and within easy reach of everything we wanted to see and do. The apartment was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
What really made the experience exceptional was the friendly and helpful staff. They went above and beyond to assist us with anything we needed and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived.
I highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Cape Town and can't wait to book my next stay here again!

Pros:

The way this establishment goes about is extremely unprofessional.
Due to delays on the road i tried to make arrangements for check in instead i was met with an unmaned concierge within stated operating hours.

I was forced to make alternative accommodation arrangements to ebmnsure i had a place to stay.

The next morning they had the audacity to ask why i never checked in, not having answered any of the calls of whatsapp sent.

I was tol the keys were with security, but that would have been great to know if they communicated directly with me within their stated operating hours.

So if you want to be met with poor customer service and unprofessionalism then this is the place for you!!!!!!
