Pros:

La situation géographique. Le style de chambre. Lit confortable.

Cons:

Le fait que le café, sel , poivre ne sont pas disponibles dans la chambre. Il fallait passer par la réception pour les récupérer.Tres déçue pour ça. La réception est très petite on se sent surveillé.

Correct pour une nuit
Pros:

L'emplacement est très agréable à côté du parc Montsouris. C'est calme.
Les chambres sont correctes et la literie confortable. La petite kitchenette est bien pour se faire un café ou une tisane.

Cons:

La réception qui ferme à 20h! C'est un peu trop tôt.
Le petit déjeuner pas top. Les produits ne sont pas hyper frais.
La propreté est moyenne et les équipements un peu usagés (interrupteur qui ne fonctionne pas, téléphone par terre, robinet qui bouge...)

Budżetowy pobyt, dobra baza do zwiedzania miasta
Pros:

Przyjemny, mały hotelik w 14 dzielnicy. Obok park, 3 min do przystanku tramwajowego, ok.10 min do stacji metra. Blisko lotniska Orly. Udogodnienia w pokoju- suszarka, żelazko. Bardzo smaczne śniadania.

Cons:

Nieco ciasne pokoiki. W telewizji nie działały programy, YT.

Pros:

Nous n'avons pas pris le petit pris le petit déjeuner ( prescription médicale).
Le stationnement d'un véhicule est très peu envisageable, dû au Parc Montsouris et de son succès. Sinon, le reste appartient à Paris, aux Parisiens et à la vie Parisienne.

Cons:

Le stationnement et la circulation, les sens interdits qui vous obligent à être toujours en éveil.

Pros:

Accueil courtois, personnel sympatique et souriant.

Cons:

Photos très flatteuses présentées sur le site ne représentent pas la réalité. La chambre très petite disposait d'un lit de 140x190 autour duquel 1 seule personne pouvait circuler, et une petite salle de bain/WC. De plus un interrupteur pour éclairage n'était plus fixé, une lampe plafonnier pendait par son fil d'alimentation, il y avait un support de détection incendie sans détecteur.

Le calme et le fait que cet hôtel ne soit pas proche d’une grande voie de circulation mais d’un parc.

Cons:

Une douche aurait été souhaitable plutôt qu’une baignoire.
Une boîte de mouchoirs aurait été appréciable

Estaba bien comunicado y la atención ha sido buena.

Cons:
