Would not recommend.
Pros:

Rooms clean

Cons:

- No front desk in the building. You have to leave and walk to a WHOLE other building for any help.
- there was a random alarm and announcements that went off random times of the day/night. We had no clue what they were saying or what it was for. Sometimes it went off while we were sleeping.
- we booked for 4 adults. It was 2 bedroom suite, they gave us only 2 blankets. When I asked for another blanket through email they told me I have to pay a daily fee for it and must go to the front desk to request it. Problem is there was no front desk in the while building.
- property stated it was beach front, it was but there was a while street between it and the beach. You don’t walk into the beach.
- the location was not where you walk and b not the beach, we had to take an uber to get the actual part of the beach that was swimmable.
- beds were hard as a rock

Amazing apartment with stunning views
Pros:

Wow, what an amazing apartment! Ours was located on the 23rd floor and offered stunning views of the ocean and the small fishing village below.

From a tech enthusiast's perspective, the apartment was outstanding. The furniture and equipment were modern and high-end. The lighting and heating were controlled through touchscreen panels, and the large smart TV came with Netflix and other streaming services already installed.

The air conditioning was modern, quiet, and very effective, which was much appreciated with outside temperatures often reaching 31°C. The beds were comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep.

Although this is an apartment rather than a hotel, fresh towels were provided every day, which was a pleasant surprise.

The location is excellent. Lotte Premium Outlets are just a 7-minute walk away, while the Osiria Metro Station and the nearby amusement park are both within easy walking distance.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend this apartment to anyone visiting the Busan area.

Cons:

The only minor downside was that the kitchen was a bit under-equipped. There weren't enough plates, bowls, cutlery, cooking utensils, or knives, especially if you're planning to prepare meals during your stay.

Lots of space, but not much else
Pros:

It was a full apartment which is nice in terms of space.

Cons:

The staff weren't very helpful, in the way a usual hotel staff would be. When we had questions, it seemed they were not interested in talking with us or helping find solutions. The lighting was also very confusing with it being a little too high tech. Everything was housed on a little control panel that also controlled the outlets but was confusing. The location is also a bit far out from the typical tourist things - it's near Lotte World, Yonggungsa temple, and the luge but otherwise required taking cabs mostly.

Decent spot if you want close proximity to mall or lotte world
Pros:

Modern, secure, in room laundry and kitchen, close to shopping, decent internet in room, willingness to hold luggage when arriving

Cons:

Infrequent cleaning (every four days and only when requested), lots of loud pets from residents, uncomfortable beds, no wifi outside of room, no support at front desk for things like calling a cab.

Love the high tech place, amenities and the location.

Cons:

The place was not too clean. There was rubbish from previous guests in the master bedroom under the bed.

The second bedroom will be better with single beds rather than double for two children.

The space was nice and was near to a lot of convenience stores.
Pros:

The location was a 20-30min travel to Haeundae but since our main purpose of going to Busan is going to Busan Asiad Stadium, it was relatively okay.

The condo was big and spacious unlike most hotels in Seoul. The price was just right given its space and the comfortability it provided.

Cons:

I originally requested for extra beddings, but it was not set or given available until the second day of our stay. My friend has to sleep at the sofa.

הבית חכם אבל לוקח הרבה זמן לתרגם לשפה שמובנת לנו כדי לדעת איך להשתמש. צריכים לשפר בהוספת הוראות שימוש באנגלית. חדרי השינה ללא שידות ליד המיטות ובלי תאורת קריאה. בעייתי, באחד מחדרי השינה אין גם שקעים ליד המיטה להטענת הטלפון וכו. וטרינות היציאה למרפסת היו מלוכלכים מאד ולא נעים היה להסתכל החוצה מבעדם. חסרה כורסא נוחה בסלון, יש רק ספה שלא ממש נוח לשבת עליה.מרוחק ממרכזי העיר, השמשנו לניידות בטקסי אובר שזמין כל הזמן..
