A sanctuary in a busy city
Pros:

Exceptional staff and service. Best hotel breakfast i have had in a long time! Private entrance without the busy-ness of a lobby bar or restaurant.

Fijn hotel
Pros:

Leuk uitzicht, lekker ontbijt, locatie was goed en schone kamer.

Cons:

Had twee dagen geen warm water met douchen. Mijn was zou om 19:00 klaar zijn, maar het kwam een uur later pas.

Um bom hotel, mas não tem nada de excepcional
Pros:

A localização é perfeita

Cons:

O hotel não tem um lobby tradicional, ao invés disso, dispõe de uma entrada simples, com duas poltronas e um aparador onde o recepcionista faz o check-In e atendimento. Se você gosta de um lobby com bar, esqueça, este não é o lugar.

The best hotel in Toronto!
Pros:

Truly exceptional in every way you can imagine, every detail is thoughtful, from the room design, the highly sourced nourishing food served throughout, to the wonderful kind staff who truly care about guests, it felt like a home away from home. We'll sure be back on our next visit to Toronto! A very special thanks to Chloe, who went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful and gave us great help with getting the best out of vibrant Toronto, and a huge thanks to the wonderful Nobu team: Natalie, Cezar, Mathilda and Pierre! You were all so kind and welcoming to us and always greeted us with warmth and genuine smiles!

Geweldig kleinschalig en rustig hotel met alle luxe die erbij hoort
Pros:

Prachtig kleinschalig hotel vlakbij de CN Tower en de Harbour gelegen in een rustige straat. Met een heerlijke grote kamer

Cons:

De ontbijtzaal is aan de kleine kant en dat kan wat als druk ervaren worden als er meerdere gasten tegelijk binnen komen

Cons:

Housekeeping consistently failed to meet basic standards. Despite activating the "make up room" button, our room was skipped entirely, and the indicator was simply turned off. Even after specifically requesting service at 8:00 PM, the room was not properly cleaned and the in-room bar drinks were never refilled. Furthermore, the minibar was left completely empty of soft drinks and snacks throughout the stay. Extremely disappointing service for a luxury brand.
