Great location and funky a hotel with a Japanese touch
Pros:

the rooms are spacious, bathrooms are amazing with heated floors and smart toilets. bed is very comfortable. The staff are nice and supportive. I like the free bar refill. also electric blinds is a plus.

Cons:

The bkfast area is tight, the food is below expectations and during high season they ran out of pastries. Also if you arriving after midnight it will be tricky to get into the hotel. Gym is a bit small.

Pros:

Wo anfangen: einfach gesagt fast das beste Hotel in dem wir je waren. Angefangen von den Mitarbeitenden, dem aufmerksamen Service, die Zimmer mit Blick und der fantastischen Ausstattung, das tolle (inkludierte) Frühstück (welches am Abreisetag für uns sogar vorgezogen wurde) - also das ist wirkliche Gastfreundschaft und Luxus. Vielen Dank.

Cons:

Jammern auf sehr hohem Niveau und der einzige Punkt: eine leider sehr ineffiziente dafür sehr laute Klimaanlage
Diese hat dem ganzen rundum gelungenen Hotelerlebnis jedoch keinen Abbruch getan

Disapointing and overly expensive.
Pros:

Japanese style design. Comfortable room.

Cons:

Confuse service. Untrained staff.
À la carte only breakfast with few options and very slow service. I was offer jam with toast and the the jam container was previously used by someone. Unacceptable.
No concierge and front desk attended at times…
The hotel had WIFi disruption (no service at all) for an entire day without update to the guests. I needed to buy an e-Sim card from a local operator to be connected.
No lounge to stay when the room is serviced or to wait before going to the airport. The Sakura Lounge is a breakfast area and out of breakfast times, there are no amenities or service. I was not offer a glass of water.
This is a 5 star boutique hotel on the high end of price range in Toronto but you actually feel you are in a mid level 4 star hotel in the high street when it comes to services.
Nobu will need to review its standards if they want to keep in business

Pros:

The staff were incredible. Special praise to Kush and Aakash in the breakfast room. They were exceptional every day and really made the whole stay. They are truly a special part of this property.

A sanctuary in a busy city
Pros:

Exceptional staff and service. Best hotel breakfast i have had in a long time! Private entrance without the busy-ness of a lobby bar or restaurant.

Fijn hotel
Pros:

Leuk uitzicht, lekker ontbijt, locatie was goed en schone kamer.

Cons:

Had twee dagen geen warm water met douchen. Mijn was zou om 19:00 klaar zijn, maar het kwam een uur later pas.
