Nature get away while in the city of smiles 😊
Pros:

Palmas del mar maintained their resort and still a relaxing place if you want to have some nature while in the city. We enjoyed our stay😍

Cons:

Gebuchte Zimmer mit vier einzelbetten sind nicht vorhanden. Erst nach einer Woche konnte das Problem teilweise behoben werden. Erstattung von booking.com erfolgt

Schöne und sonnige Ferien mit erfrischendem Pool
Pros:

Sehr frisches Wasser im Pool und gute Desinfektion. Der Pool-Billiardtisch war der Hammer und mega-beliebt.
Saubere und grosszügige Zimmer, wo man seine Sachen gut versorgen kann, genügend Schränke vorhanden. Nette Angestellte und Hospitable-Feeling in der Anlage, mit No-Stress Bedienung.

Cons:

Hier gibts nicht zum Bemängeln.

I will never recommend or stay at this hotel again.

The food is good especially the mango shakes.

Cons:

While the other hotel staff did their jobs well, the Front Desk staff were extremely disappointing. They need PROPER TRAINING on guest service, check-in and check-out procedures, communication, and handling complaints with real solutions and apologies. Instead, they just handed out keys without a smile or any acknowledgment, making us feel ignored, dismissed, and disrespected. Their poor behavior overshadowed the efforts of the other staff. This experience was unacceptable, and I will never recommend or stay at this hotel again.
