Staff great, atmosphere great, convenient and functional. Had issues with the trains
Pros:

The staff went above and beyond, specifically Reda who help translate for us when making a report to the French police. We had two new mobile phones stolen on arrival when using the metro. He is a credit to you.

Everything was good as I have stayed with you before, 9 years ago.

Cons:

The only thing I would say is that your menu lacks creativity and choice. The food was not of a good standard. On our arrival we ordered the burger and chips, Disappointingly, the burger was burn't and hard. Other than that, our stay was very pleasant.

Ubicación excelente, buen trato del personal, hotel con decoración muy original. Solo nos alojamos una noche. Disponen de lockers para las maletas. (Alquilados)

Localização próximo a torre e também ao metro. Limpo e confortável.

Cons:

Quanto pequeno parecido com Ibis, pedimos cama de casal mas juntaram duas de solteiro que ficava separando. Não tem frigobar no quarto nem telefone, tudo que precisava tinha que descer pra pedir.

Nao tem frigobar dentro do quarto, então você não pode guardar nada lá, não tem respeito com o cliente, coloquei todos os dias na porta, não entrar !! Não desejo limpeza, mesmo assim, todos os dias as plaquinhas sumiam, e elas entravam e organizava tudo, várias joias e coisas pessoas jogadas nossas e mesmo pedindo para não entrar, eles entravam !! Cuidado ! Isso é perigoso ! Outro caso também é que o ar parou de funcionar, pedi ajuda e disseram que iriam arrumar e não arrumaram. Elevador só tem 1, o outro tá em manutenção a um bom tempo já ! Isso atrapalha muito
