Pros:

Très bien placé, proche de Chinatown mais pas en plein cœur, donc pas trop dense. Super pratique le 7Eleven et le Starbucks en bas.

Very convenient and great place to stay if you want to be at the heart of Chinatown. Highly recommend
Pros:

Right at the heart of Chinatown. Few feet from a MRT. There is a 711 and super rich on the ground floor. The room is very spacious, there’s bottled water,slippers and toothbrush provided for you. A free 30 min foot massage is offered -with spa at their office.

Leggere le recensioni e ascoltare le lamentele degli ospiti farà la differenza
Pros:

-Camera molto spaziosa anche se la piccola finestra affaccia sul cortile interno e non c’è luce naturale.
-Il letto anche se duro era abbastanza comodo e anche i cuscini.
Posizione molto comoda di fianco a Wat Mangkon.
-Massaggio di mezz’ora alle gambe offerto nel prezzo direttamente nel Centro benessere all’interno della struttura.

Cons:

-Abbiamo soggiornato 4 notti in questo residence e dal primo istante abbiamo segnalato che internet non funzionava affatto nella nostra camera, siamo stati ignorati per tutto il soggiorno, solo l’ultima sera l’addetto al ricevimento si è occupato della situazione, è venuta in camera e ha constatato che effettivamente internet non funzionava per niente. Ma ormai era troppo tardi, partivamo la mattina seguente, dunque per tutto il soggiorno abbiamo dovuto usare la nostra connessione internet cellulare, il che ha un costo.
-Il lavandino del bagno aveva un rubinetto posizionato così in basso che era impossibile da usare, praticamente non ci passava neanche la mano sotto. Abbiamo dovuto lavarci la faccia nel lavandino della cucina! Assurdo! Un vero capolavoro dell’ingegneria idraulica!
-Camera adibita a piccolo appartamento con zona cucina, il che è un plus, ma se hai a disposizione una sola sedia e siete in due, praticamente uno si dovrà sedere a mangiare sul letto. Avrei gradito ci fossero almeno 2 sedie.
-L’interno della doccia non è mai stato lavato, ci sono macchie di muffa negli angoli e le pareti sono visibilmente sporche.
-Troppo rumoroso, di notte, di giorno, a qualsiasi ora c’è un via vai di gente e le camere non sono per nulla insonorizzate . Sarebbe opportuno attaccare dei cartelli che invitano gli ospiti maleducati a rispettare le ore di silenzio notturno.

A noisy room for the first night before a much better one for a pleasant stay.
Pros:

Stayed here a few times before, so booked 5 nights expecting another smooth and great stay; given likely the worst room possible (408), all glass panels/windows length-wise facing the noisy busy road! Was told all rooms fully occupied and unable to change for a quieter room until 2 days later, had to push hard before compromising on just 1-night stay at the same room before switching subsequently to a better one. For the benefit of all, I believe all rooms on the 3 floors facing the main road would face the same problem.

Cons:

Opting to pay in full (non-refundable) for longer stay might be problematic if allotted room is not ideal as per my experience.

Pros:

Zona centrale in Chinatown, a pochi passi dalla via del mercato serale, la più trafficata. La camera non era male, come mostrata in foto, la palazzina ha 7 piani e un solo ascensore, moltissime camere quindi ogni tanto bisogna fare i turni per salire o scendere se si alloggia ai piani alti. Servizio spa ottimo. Balcone come non averlo, anche se prenotate la camere con balcone. Bagno ottimo!
