j'ai été au spa le jeudi de 19h à 20heures ils passaient l'aspirateur au même moment ,cela serait plus judicieux de faire le ménage en dehors des heures d'ouvertures du spa
Il n'y avait pas d'eau chaude dans l'établissement à partir du jeudi soir donc pour se doucher c'était compliqué

À la réservation, j’avais choisi une chambre avec terrasse et je voyais une salle de bain avec DOUCHE !!
La baignoire n’était pas top ! Pas de peignoir comme on indiqué dans le descriptif et p d de chaise pour poser ses affaires !

Le SPA

Bonjour, c'était notre deuxième séjour à l'Hôtel Spa Napoléon et nous avons été très déçus. Tout d'abord la chambre, nous avions une chambre au 4ième étage qui sentait le renfermé et l'humidité avec une très mauvaise vue. Ensuite vient l'extérieur, dès qu'on ouvrait la fenêtre on avait le bruit des condenseurs extérieurs donc on ne pouvait pas aérer notre chambre. Enfin l'eau chaude, que ce soit le soir ou le matin, nous avons eu des problèmes d'eau chaude et nous avons du passer la moitié de notre douche sous eau froide. Malgré la bienveillance du personnel qui nous a offert un coupon pour des coupes de champagne, ces éléments ont gâchés notre séjour, au prix de la chambre, ce n'est pas possible d'avoir ce type de prestations.

Hôtel chic, confortable et très bien situé.

Le prix, le confort et le personnel.

Cons:

Le placement de la chambre n’était pas du tout adéquate, le fait de devoir traverser presque tout l’hôtel pour accéder au spa était vraiment dommage. Il n’y avait pas d’accès avec l’ascenseur pour les étages.

Charming place but staff not great and room uncomfortable
Pros:

Great location across from the chateau. Charming entree and parking really nearby. The cleaning lady saved the say for the hotel because she did her best to care for me when i was sick (while the rest of the hotel staff didn't).

Cons:

The room was just too small. I could barely walk around the bed. The bathroom is ridiculously small, i felt like i was in a caravan or something. Also, the bar staff and restaurant staff was not very attentive. One day I was ill and I asked in the evening for a lump of bread with some 'confiture', and I was told they didn't have that on the menu. i explained that I couldn't eat normally because of digestion issues and asked to make an exception and please just give me some bread to chew on, and it took me 10 minutes to convince them. The big problem was 'we can't put that on your bill because it's not in our system'. i told them to charge it as a breakfast to me. Answer:'but it's the evening'. All in all completely oblivious to the circumstances. On the other hand, when the cleaning lady found me sick in bed, she was super helpful, and offered me all kinds of help to be better (water, food, even to go to the pharmacy for me) The cleaning lady had a much better attitude than the bar staff. The restaurant at breakfast was super uncomfortable: it was dead silent (they forgot to put on some music or so) and the staff was continuously whispering to each other... very weird.

Magnifique lieu, très raffiné et accueillant, bravo ! Salle de bain époustouflante, chambre calme et élégante, tout le confort luxueux, établissement très bien entretenu, personnel dévoué et gentil, décoration très haut de gamme des différents espaces, surtout le lobby à thème Napoléon. Repas et petit-déjeuner copieux et bon à tarif raisonnable. Cet hôtel a un spa très appréciable, grande piscine de 15m, sauna, hammam, personnel souriant.Jardin intérieur. En face de l'hôtel c'est l'entrée au château, donc ultra pratique ! Séjour d'une nuit parfait pour se changer les idées !
