Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt allerdings muß man am Service noch arbeiten

Das Zimmer war modern ausgestattet , praktisch die kleine Küchenzeile mit Minikühlschrank , man konnte sich selbst mal einen Kaffee kochen . Das Bad sehr praktisch . Der Poolraum ist auch sehr schön . Das Personal an der Rezeption und Housekeeping waren sehr freundlich . Die aussicht von unserem Zimmer im 7. OG Richtung Ostsee war fantastisch .

Cons:

Die Heizung funktionierte nicht , wir bekamen an der Rezeption einen kleinen Heizlüfter , das Zimmer war zwar ausreichend warm , man konnte aber nicht die Badesachen und Handtücher trocknen. Man bot uns einen Zimmertausch an allerdings mit dem Hinweis das die anderen Zimmer auch nicht wärmer sind .
Auf die Frage wann die Heizung wieder funktioniert antwortete man uns das gegen 11:oo Uhr die Spezialisten kommen . Mit uns fuhr ein Handwerker bis in den 7. Etage und steckte vielversprechend in jeder Etage nur den Kopf aus dem Fahrstuhl. Oben angekommen fuhr er gleich wieder nach unten . Dem Geruch und dem Aussehen nach hatte er seine Arbeitskleidung schon mindest 8 Wochen an . Die Heizung funktionierte trotzdem bis zum letzten Tag nicht .
Das Frühstück war ok , es gab allerdings nur am ersten Tag frische Brötchen und Brot , die restlichen Tage gab es scheinbar die vom Vortag . Am Mittwoch gab es keinen Zucker für den Kaffee , auf Nachfrage kam die kurze Antwort das es im gesamten Hotel keinen mehr gibt . Das Frühstückspersonal verrichtete gleichgültig seine Arbeit , mehr aber auch nicht .

Największym atutem była bliskość do morza i atrakcje dla dzieci. Jako hotel wypadło słabo.

Dużym plusem jest lokalizacja hotelu - cicha i spokojna okolica, bez zgiełku i typowych turystycznych atrakcji. Bardzo blisko morza.
Personel to drugi atut miejsca - miła i pomocna obsługa.

Cons:

W pokojach słychać wszystko to co dzieje się na korytarzu, dodatkowo słychać kiedy woda spływa rurami po spuszczeniu wody w innych pokojach. Łazienka nie była dokładnie sprzątnięta.

Napewno tu wrócę.

Lokalizacja super blisko do morza, jeziora. Najlepsze były zajęcia dla dzieci, robienie bransoletek, malowanie kamieni, dmuchańce, piana party itd. córka bardzo szczęśliwa 😁
