Good Hotel, Great staff
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel, largely thanks to Murad at the reception. He provided outstanding, attentive service and speaks flawless English. He was incredibly kind, easily the most hospitable person I met in Turkey. At one point, when my credit card wasn't working, he even ordered food for us and paid for it in cash out of his own pocket. I would recommend booking this hotel solely based on his level of care.

​The rest of our stay was equally pleasant. The breakfast was fresh and enjoyable, and our room looked exactly as it was depicted in the photos. The location is incredibly convenient, right in the heart of the Fatih district. The only minor note is that the elevators are a bit cramped, though they worked without any issues. Overall, a fantastic experience.

Cons:

Although the hotel does not have a traditional room service menu, the accommodating staff more than makes up for it by helping you order food from local outside vendors.

الموقع ممتاز قريب جدا من مترو اقسراي وعلى مسافه قريبه من محطة ترام يوسف باشا
الفندق نظيف جدا
الموظفون ودودون للغاية

الغرف ضيقة والاسرة صغيرة جدااا لاتشبه التي في الوصف
في الافطار انواع الاجبان والزيتون وفقط بيض مسلوق ،، يحتاج الافطار الى اصناف اكثر
المصعد لا ينزل الى الطابق السفلي

В душевой кабине желательно стульчик или табуретку чтобы люди у которых есть проблема со здоровьем могли сесть помыться. Впрочем это пожелание ко всем отелям среднего класса в Турции

Great location, smoky room
Pros:

Great location, just near M1 stop. Many shops and restaurants around. Polite staff, clean bathroom, kettle and fridge in the room. Free wifi
