Music is entirely to loud. I had to use ear pods until 12 am

The staff was nice.

Cons:

I didn’t my room. When you walk to door first thing you saw it looked like the ghetto the plastic shades were torn the coating outside looked horrible. The floor some nicks in it. The bedsheets when I arrived had stains I informed reception he said he would look at it never did. 2 the maid wasn’t supposed to go until second day I believe was there next morning and I saw even though she cleaned floor she for 4 days was in there didn’t change sheets and the 1 washcloth that by sink was never changed the entire stay I believe I stayed 6 or 7 days. I asked if there were other rooms and there were but they never moved me.

Pros:

Das Hotel liegt mitten im Ort von Playa del Carmen. Alle Mitarbeiter im Hotel waren super aufmerksam und total nett! Die Zimmer sind groß und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Eine kleine Auswahl an Frühstück war im Preis enthalten.
Schon vor unserem Aufenthalt haben wir eine Mail erhalten, in der darauf hingewiesen wurde, dass es aufgrund von Veranstaltungen lauter sein könnte. Für Leute, die gerne feiern und Party machen wollen, ist es perfekt.

Cons:

Uns war es insgesamt (trotz Vorwarnung) zu laut. Liegt aber nicht nur am Hotel, sondern auch an der Umgebung. Playa del Carmen ist ein Party-Ort!!!

You like noise, stay here!

We booked three rooms...we liked getting out of this hotel immediately!!! Manager granted a full refund (after I had to visit him personally two days after checking out) but with 'condition' that we all love a 5 star review!!! Hell no.

Cons:

Music at 17 20 was almost double the allowed decibal level for a hotel and area - with a room 2 metres away from noise!

Rooms were noisy and pics a bit dated, my room smelt like damp. We were a party of five and all immediately wanted to get out of this place!

Manager agreed to full refund but only granted this a after I had to visit him personally two days after checking out to make sure he approved the refund - but with 'condition' that we all leave a 5 star review of the hotel!!!

Hôtel bien situer mais gros party constant je recommande pas
Pros:

Déjeuner ok mais trop tard café jamais prêt avant presque 8.30 am
Nourriture très bonne

Cons:

Gros party tous les soirs musique très forte impossible de dormir
Ascenseur toujours briser chaque jours
Juste une clé de chambre car nous sommes 3 personnes deux fois il on ouvert la porte avec un couteau
Ça tout pris pour avoir un petit frigidaire dans la chambre
On a demander de changer de chambre pour être en arrière côté plus tranquille… jamais eu le changement pourtant chambres de libre
Jamais je retournerai là et je conseille pas si vous voulez dormir et être dans un hôtel calme

Cons:

In der Nacht fand eine Party bis ca. 1 Uhr früh statt, was sehr störend war. Das Fenster des Zimmers geht Richtung Flur, wodurch ohne Rollos jeder bis ins Badezimmer sehen konnte – ein deutlicher Mangel an Privatsphäre.
Zusätzlich wurden uns 200 Pesos von der Kaution abgezogen, da sich ein kleiner Blutfleck (ca. 3 × 3 cm) nur auf dem Kissenbezug befand, verursacht durch leichtes Nasenbluten. Die Bettwäsche gehört jedoch ohnehin gewaschen – dieser Abzug empfinden wir als unangemessen und unverschämt. Frühstück fällt etwas klein aus.

Fun hotel with big rooms and pool
Pros:

We stayed one night and the location was pretty good! The food at the hotel restaurant was delicious and they had a live DJ playing afro music, fun place with big rooms and pool. Parking garage was also available

We got charged at the end 25$ for no reason whatsoever. Also very loud, they often have only coffee for breakfast and give you juices instead but don’t mention that you have to pay for it.

I would not stay there again.
Pros:

The location is great, the rooms are spacious and clean.

Cons:

It‘s very very loud, the breakfast is good but if you don’t drink coffee they often have very limited to no choice at all. They offer then a juice without telling you that it is not for free. Our hair drier was broken and it took them a full day to replace it, not the best if you go to the beach, shower and have no ways to dry your hair. The stuff is kind with few exceptions.

Impossible d’y dormir
Pros:

Emplacement plus que correct, à côté de la 5e Avenue et à 5mn de la plage. Petit déjeuner très bien (pancakes incroyables) mais quelques suppléments à prendre en compte (comme le jus de fruit payant 2,5€).

Cons:

Que dire.. Il est clairement impossible de dormir avant minuit (voir 1h). La musique fait trembler les murs (chambre au 2e étage) tous les soirs. Ils ont organisé une soirée avec des gens qui ne sont pas clients de l’hôtel et empêche donc les « vrais » clients de dormir. Et sans compter la forte odeur de cannabis qui se fait ressentir dans l’hôtel à cause de ces gens là (soirée du 7/11).

En soit ce genre d’événement pourrait être intéressant si les chambres étaient complètement isolés ou si elles n’étaient pas juste au dessus du bar et des gros caissons de basse (pas très clair dans leur annonce).

Caution de 800 pesos à prévoir pour l’état de la chambre. Prévoir 150 pesos par jour pour le parking. Ascenseur en panne de tout le séjour.
