Very good location to the main sites and metro, staff were very helpful and available 24/7. Rooms were a good size and modern and did not get any traffic noise, would highly recommend the hotel.
This hotel was a nightmare from the moment we arrived. The woman at the front desk was extremely rude and gave us a horrible room right next to reception, facing an interior courtyard full of garbage and dirty walls, completely unacceptable for any hotel, let alone one charging over €500 per night. The room was unbearably noisy, phones ringing constantly, people slamming the main door, staff moving dishes and chairs early in the morning. It was impossible to sleep. We had just arrived from a long flight from the U.S. and were exhausted, but the noise never stopped. When I asked to change rooms, I was told I had booked an “economy room,” even though my reservation clearly said Deluxe Double Room. When I requested a refund for the sleepless night, I was told "no", no apology, no manager available, just “you can leave if you don’t like it.” After contacting Booking.com, I was told the hotel could issue a refund if they wished. The front desk agent even admitted we were right, yet still refused to do anything. We were later moved to another room, which was slightly better but still poor — leaking shower, broken toilet, no proper toiletries, and an extremely uncomfortable bed. If you value sleep, cleanliness, or basic hospitality, avoid this place entirely. It’s noisy, unprofessional, and nowhere near the standard or price it claims to be.

The staff was great, Romeo even gave us an upgrade.. Christian was also very accomodating..
The room was modern, AC was working very well.
The water pressure was so low the entire time. it took while to shower..
The Hotel itself looks modern and clean..
However the ground floor , and the elevator needs cleaning….
Non avevo la colazione inclusa ma l'hotel metteva comunque a disposizione una macchina del caffè e una crostata a tutti gli ospiti. Ottima idea che permette comunque di consumare qualcosa appena svegli.
Sono stata bene, da migliorare un pò l'isolamento acustico ma trovandosi in una zona molto centrale mi rendo conto che sia difficile.

The location was great. There were plenty of restaurants and bars in close vicinity. A short walk to Santa Maria Maggiore and the Trevi Fountain. The room is very quiet and comfortable. The staff was exceptional in answering questions. There was coffee and pie available for the guests.
