falsa publicidad. el hotel está en remodelación y no debería estar anunciado

la ubicación. la atención del personal

Cons:

estaba en remodelación. la habitación olía a pintura fresca. la alberca estaba algo sucia y no ambientada como en las fotos. la terraza estaba en remodelación y no pudimos usarla. el restaurante era más bien una cafetería con tres cosas.

Pros:

La atención del personal la verdad es demasiado buena, las instalaciones muy cómodas, es de los pocos hoteles que tienen un buen horario de alberca lastima que hacía frío y el agua estaba helada, pero sin duda volveríamos.

Cons:

El paquete decía que incluía el desayuno pero al final nos comentaron que en el precio final no lo incluía, al parecer fue un error al cargar la información en la página, aún así los desayunos son muy baratos y completos.

EXCELENTE!!
Pros:

Excelente atención, se me poncho una llanta y el chico de Recepción nos ayudo y fue muy amable, me consiguió rápidamente quien lo reparara, de verdad una hospitalidad tremenda, además tuvimos brindis y uvas, fueron muy atentos con mis hijos.

Cons:

El agua de la alberca estaba muy fría, pero también puede ser por el clima, lo que, si es que deberían revisar el elevador, sube y no se abre, te baja de la nada y eso espanta. Fuera de eso todo estuvo, perfectísimo.

Cons:

The hotel ownership has recently changed, so there is painting and floor tile removal going on. Was looking forward to the rooftop terrace, but closed due to construction. Room windows did not open and were opaque.

Pros:

I didn't kow there was a breakfast. I got in at close to 3 in the morning. THe staff greeted me at the door, got me checked in within a minute and I went to sleep. I was exhausted from a 13 hour travel day and could barely talk. I loved the room- it was perfect for me. I was in room #10.

Cons:

I loved everything about the hotel. It would be nice to have the pool open 24.7, for people like me who are up at all hours of the night.
