Could not stay, as no parking as advertized, can't seem to get my money for 9 nights back.

I paid for 9 days, did not stay there and am still trying to get reimbursed for 8 nights. The host is refusing to return my payment. When I got there, even though they advertised free parking, they did not have parking, none at all, neither free or any at all, streets are so narrow that you could not park anywhere near the property unless you wanted to pay for parking on a lot some distance away I could not stay there as I did not know where to put my car.
The lobby is dirty and looks neglected, host speaks no foreign language. I think he is living on payments that people make that he does not return when they want to cancel in disgust.

Начну с первого дня с меня взяли еще 100 долларов потому что на букинге не настоящая цена и так дешево они не сдают номера ужасные грязные сыро клопы туалеты и душ в одном месте ты прям на унитазе моешься очень плохо ужасно

Ужасно. Я не осталась там, я ушла через примерно 2 часа. Как только нашла другую гостиницу.

Ужасно грязно.По узкой лестнице с чемоданом еле поднялась с больной ногой. Номер ужасный, есть видео подтверждение о моей жалобе!
