Hotel was one type of scame with us the room was not as description . Hotel management was rude and no operative even we left room 2 days before. Because no facilities.

Cons:

J’avais réservé deux chambres pour quatre nuits dans cet hôtel. À mon arrivée, j’ai constaté que des travaux étaient en cours et que l’établissement était dans un état général extrêmement dégradé. De plus, personne n’était présent à la réception. J’ai dû attendre plus de 15 minutes avant qu’un membre du personnel se présente.

Il m’a remis les clés afin que je puisse rapidement voir les chambres. L’odeur y était insupportable et le manque de propreté était flagrant. Le personnel m’a ensuite informée qu’il nous était impossible d’y séjourner en raison des travaux et m’a assuré que la réservation serait annulée et que je serais intégralement remboursée.

J’ai donc été contrainte de trouver et de réserver un autre hôtel en urgence, ce qui m’a causé des désagréments importants ainsi que des frais supplémentaires.

Pourtant, à ce jour, soit plus d’un mois après la date prévue du séjour, la réservation n’a toujours pas été annulée et je n’ai reçu aucun remboursement, malgré l’engagement qui m’avait été donné sur place.

Je recommande vivement de consulter les avis des clients et les photos récentes de l’établissement sur Google Maps avant toute réservation. Pour ma part, je regrette de ne pas avoir pris le temps de vérifier ces informations avant de réserver. L’état de l’hôtel ne correspondait absolument pas à ce que l’on est en droit d’attendre d’un établissement proposant des chambres à la réservation.

Cette expérience a été particulièrement décevante, tant en raison de l’état de l’hôtel que de l’absence de remboursement à ce jour.

The location is good, the Marmaray metro is 10 minutes away, and there is also a tram nearby.

Cons:

They asked us for more money even though we had a reservation; when we refused to pay the extra, they put us in a small, very dirty room—there was no space for a shower, as the shower head was positioned right over the toilet.

Pros:

Nu ne-a placut nimic. Noi am facut rezervarea si am platit online, in momentul in care am ajuns acolo nu ne-a primit... au spus ca nu au locuri. Ne-a transferat intr-un alt hotel, care era infect, murdar, care era mai degraba o cocina.

Super lokalita, pěšky dojdete na spoustu památek i na hlavní taskinske náměstí

Měl jsem pokoj pro jednoho číslo 101. Při příchodu smrad plísně jako blázen, ale to bych odpustil, i špinavou koupelnu bych odpustil, odpustil bych uplne všechno, cena byla směšná a já se tam šel jen vyspat a to že sem měl vlastní záchod a sprchu byla jen výhoda, ale v noci mě probudilo že mi něco leze po obličeji, rozsvítil sem a 2 štenice, rychle sem se zvedl, podíval se na postel a ta byla plná štěnic. Takže jsem se jen uvalil a šel pryč.

Very, very bad. The boss offers 3 types of accommodation - Simge Pensiyun, Simge Suite, and Simge Hotel - all of which are fake. They use copied pictures from other places to trick you into booking from these accommodations. They all end up in a cramped building at ISMAIL SEFA SOKAK 16. Each floor has 2 rooms, very small, with just a double bed in each. To your surprise, the mattresses are full of bed bugs. If you complain to the boss, they always say the same thing (what do you expect for 10-15 € per day?). It's a nightmare. If anyone knows what bed bugs are - they're a plague, nesting in your luggage and taking them home as souvenirs. They multiply so quickly, and then you have to throw away your own bed and clothes. The Simge Hotel is a plague. I have a video I'd like to show - it's hilarious that Booking.com does nothing about it. There are thousands of bad reviews about these infested beds.
