I rarely repeat visits but will return for sure!!
Pros:

Far away from the hustle and bustle. Small community, beautiful location. Staff was exceptional and friendly. Super helpful!

Séjour absolument parfait dans une villa magnifique, décorée avec goût et d’une propreté irréprochable.

Nous avons passé un séjour absolument parfait dans cette villa.
Tout était irréprochable : la décoration est magnifique, faite avec énormément de goût, chaque détail est pensé avec soin. La propreté est tout simplement exceptionnelle, c’est probablement l’un des endroits les plus impeccables que nous ayons vus.
La villa est très bien équipée, confortable, et la piscine est superbe, parfaitement entretenue. Le jardin est également magnifique, très bien entretenu, ce qui rend l’ensemble encore plus agréable.
L’emplacement est idéal : juste en face de la mer, avec le bruit des vagues en fond sonore, ce qui rend le séjour encore plus apaisant. De plus, un excellent restaurant se trouve à proximité.
Un immense merci au personnel, d’une grande gentillesse, toujours souriant, disponible et aux petits soins.

Cons:

Rien à redire, tout était absolument parfait. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Good value for money. Great villas. The area might be boring for a family with children.
Pros:

Good value for money. Helpful staff. Next to the beach. Wifi is good. All the basic facilities you need. Comfy beds. Nice mini pool. You are provided with drinking water. Good for someone who likes peace and quiet. The villas are very good.

Cons:

In the last days of our holiday there was some rubbish floating in the sea dumped by someone with some foam around it. We didn't go in the water on those days. Research the area beforehand. You might find the area boring and there is not much to do around. Although this accommodation is good value for money. Might be boring for a family with children. Make sure to take mosquito repellent there.

Really great places to snorkeling too.
Just a few meters into the see you can see plenty of fish.

Great location but the Villas & staff need improvement
Pros:

Great location right on the beach and walking distance to local warungs & restaurants but 7 km from Amed town. Green Melon restaurant amazing - go here.

Cons:

Villas are not private - dogs staff & others walking past. If you have mobility issues this is not the place for you!Steep steps down to villas with no handrails.The door on the Villa very difficult to lock & not very secure. They said they’d fix it but didn’t.Dogs coming in & begging for food & then we found they were sleeping on the day bed!!(mangy flea ridden dogs)Don’t leave any food out on bench there are ants++++. We were given a broom to sweep our veranda when we said dirt had blown in!!!Bed hard and uncomfortable. Sheer curtains have mould spots on them,mould in bathroom & bed linen marked!! Surely you can provide a new kitchen scourer rather than a well used one? We didn’t mind the little crabs that came into the room and shower regularly ( or they lived there)

Pros:

We loved our stay at Ayunan Beach Villas! The quality of the villas is next level from solid, handmade wood furnishings to full sized fridges, ice cold aircon, lovely decor, great showers and sparkling pools… and that amazing view!

Our group had 4 villas and we found this to be a great arrangement with some privacy for those who wanted it and also good sized terraces for enjoying sundowners or takeouts as a group. There were enough restaurant options close by, our favourite was Aquaterrace only a few steps away up some stairs. It was so convenient especially at breakfast time.

We loved the easy and safe snorkelling off the beach and watching the fishermens’ activities in front of the villas.

The staff was fabulous! They were friendly, polite and professional and checked daily if we wanted our rooms cleaned.

Well done, team Ayunan! We will definitely be back!

Pros:

Поскольку мы ехали за тишиной и спокойствием, то нам все понравилось, вилла чистая и удобная, прекрасный вид, хороший снорклинг. Прекрасный персонал, любые вопросы решались очень быстро! Из аэропорта ехать довольно долго и детям после перелета было сложно. Еду мы заказывали на виллу, иногда готовили (на кухне есть все необходимое) и ходили в ближайший ресторанчик, разнообразие не большое, но в целом нормально.

Каких-то серьезных недостатков нет

Beautiful villa and location if you want to stay on the beach and go snorkelling
Pros:

The location is great if you like the seafront and want to listen to the waves, and swim /snorkel right in front of your villa. The pool and the bedrooms are also very nice, and overall new. Easy to catch snorkelling trips directly from the beach.

Cons:

Only one thing - the path to get to the villas is in the front of the villas, not in the back. So if you book on the first few villas anyone going to the other ones walks past the front of your pool. There is some good distance, but still does not feel as private as it could have been.

Great location and new villas
Pros:

Location on Selang beach is excellent for snorkeling. The rooms and pool were new. Good self contained villa for 4.

Cons:

Not much service for money. Lots of other properties for a lot cheaper around.

Pros:

Breakfast was not included. Place was clean quiet and mostly private. Snorkeling in the area right in front of the villa was good. What you get for the price is extremely fair and good quality

Cons:

Can't say there was anything I didnt like. It was a much better deal than many of the other places I have stayed in Amed. What you get for the price is extremely fair and good quality

Relaxing, close to touristy things for a day out great local food
Pros:

The location overlooking the water
Where local fishermen pull their boats on with the fish well probably be eating that day for dinner!?
The personal pool a big big bonus
Privacy

Cons:

Local dogs although friendly not part of my culture to have them come onto deck while we were eating one came into our bedroom
They looked clean and well fed etc but not really comfortable with this attention

Lovely and peaceful.
Pros:

Amazing view of the ocean. Clean, new rooms with comfortable beds. Aircon worked well. Pool was lovely for swimming at any time. Was great getting food delivered to the villa.
Could watch the locals come in with their fishing boats in the morning.

Cons:

No vent in the bathroom. Dogs hanging around. Mozzies
