Great location and new villas
Pros:

Location on Selang beach is excellent for snorkeling. The rooms and pool were new. Good self contained villa for 4.

Cons:

Not much service for money. Lots of other properties for a lot cheaper around.

Pros:

Breakfast was not included. Place was clean quiet and mostly private. Snorkeling in the area right in front of the villa was good. What you get for the price is extremely fair and good quality

Cons:

Can't say there was anything I didnt like. It was a much better deal than many of the other places I have stayed in Amed. What you get for the price is extremely fair and good quality

Relaxing, close to touristy things for a day out great local food
Pros:

The location overlooking the water
Where local fishermen pull their boats on with the fish well probably be eating that day for dinner!?
The personal pool a big big bonus
Privacy

Cons:

Local dogs although friendly not part of my culture to have them come onto deck while we were eating one came into our bedroom
They looked clean and well fed etc but not really comfortable with this attention

Lovely and peaceful.
Pros:

Amazing view of the ocean. Clean, new rooms with comfortable beds. Aircon worked well. Pool was lovely for swimming at any time. Was great getting food delivered to the villa.
Could watch the locals come in with their fishing boats in the morning.

Cons:

No vent in the bathroom. Dogs hanging around. Mozzies

Schön und modern. Tolle Dusche, sehr ruhige Lage

Cons:

Das Wasser des Pools war ziemlich trübe und wir sind nicht darin geschwommen. Sah nicht sehr schön aus.

You made our holidays unforgetable!
Pros:

We loved everything about Ayunan Beach Villa!!! The view, service, staff, comfortable beds, location.
And when we needed to address any issue it was solved very fast to a perfection. No place is 100% perfect for everyone, but it’s people, who help and assist you, who make your experience perfect. And that is what you get in Ayunan.
It’s not busy location like central Amed and that was exactly what we needed. Even if you don’t ride scooter, there are many great restaurants in walking distance (for example Green Melon - must visit). You have also food delivery to the villa, great laundry service, nothing is a problem. 3 min walk from villa is little nice spa I can recommend.
When we are back in Bali, will definitely stay in Ayunan again.

Cons:

That we had to leave :) We wish our holidays there were longer.

Super emplacement au calme
Pros:

L'emplacement sur une plage fantastique pour le snorkeling (milliers de poissons,.coraux, tortues, on a même vu un dauphin de notre chambre), le personnel serviable, la possibilité de louer un scooter (recommandé car il n'y a pas grand chose autour)

Cons:

La piscine n'était pas très propre, l'eau était très trouble
