Pros:

L'appartement est conforme aux photos, très bien équipé. La douche et la baignoire sont parfaites.

Pros:

La propreté du lieu et le logement possède tout ce qu’il faut.
Le personnel est disponible. Le lit est très confortable.
C’est parfait pour un court comme un long séjour.

Limpeza; eletrodomésticos; mobiliário novo; camas confortáveis.

Ar condicionado,: com ventilador sempre ligado , mesmo com tudo desligado, sem possibilidade de controlar no apartamento.
Durante a estadia (3 dias) não resolveram o problema.

Well-equipped modern apartment with wow factor
Pros:

The property exceeded our expectations massively! It is very large, modern, clean, and well equipped. Don’t let the small kitchen deceive you, it is extremely well equipped with cutlery, cooking utensils, a hob, a washing machine, a microwave.

The bedroom is HUGE, and the bath is a great addition. The sofa bed was very comfy and large, and very easy to fold in and out.

The location was amazing, about a 5 minute walk from the main bit of Triana, with the Casco Antiguo just being a 5 minute walk from the apartment.

If anyone stays here, there is a fantastic tapas bar 1 minute up the road called Típico. We had the best meal of the night there, with amazing Tinto De Verano’s, yummy plates, and amazing service.

Cons:

The walls are quite thin; you can hear everything next door and upstairs are doing. We could hear the upstairs neighbour on the toilet 🙈🙈

The pinpoint on the map on the check-in instructions wasn’t where the apartment is. It took us about 5 minutes to find the apartment, which might be just us being dumb, but more information on the apartment, such as “blue door” would be helpful ☺️

Seeing as the front door is more like a gate, the glass porch door doesn’t really insulate the noise of the street. Also as the apartment is on the ground floor, you hear everything from outside.

Other than these little points, our stay was perfect, and we would be more than happy to stay again on our return to the beautiful city of Sevilla 💗

Emplacement très pratique dans le quartier Triana. Petite supérette à côté. Logement calme et récemment refait. Accessibilité et équipements adaptés aux handicapés.

Cons:

Nous avons eu beaucoup de mal à trouver la porte d’entrée en arrivant de nuit. C’est mal signalisé

A real surprise to catch the eye this little bit of treasure.

It had all shops and bars close at hand without the noise

No patio but I knew that already. Other people on the street smoking was the only annoying thing.
