horrific. Don’t fall for the nice photos they are outdated it’s filthy

Leaving it. Otherwise nothing.

Cons:

filthy, bed was musty, bathroom was discusting I’ve stayed in cleaner hostels for 1/8th of the price.

It looks like a temple from outside and immediately met by the rudest staff I’ve ever encountered in a hotel.

The pool was filthy, genuinely worried I’ll get a disease from it. The “free breakfast” was literally worse than an Irish persons press in the famine. Warm milk, a bit of cereal and bread and that’s it. Never seen such a shit breakfast.

The “luggage store” is just a pile of bags in the middle of reception where anyone can take it.

Overall was the worse hotel I’ve ever stayed in, felt eery too, seen many people complaining to staff and I could see why they were it was disgraceful.

As a 19 who will deal with pretty much anything to save money if we were staying any longer then we did (2 nights) I would have rather spent money on a new place then stay there any longer.

Don't listen to the haters.
Pros:

This hotel is an important reminder that you shouldn't always trust the reviews. After we booked this hotel we read all the reviews and they had me so scared and worried that I almost cancelled and went somewhere else. However my wife talked me down from it and convinced me to give this hotel a chance.

And boy am I glad I did! The staff was lovely, the room was spacious and huge. And the hotel, omg it feltike we were staying in a Thai palace! Is it old? Sure! But in a beautiful way that feels like you're staying in a piece of history. The whole building was so grand it was amazing! The photos on the booking page also don't do it justice. There are three pools on site and one of the is Huge! I would say sure some of the pool chairs were a bit old, but you're in Thailand. If you want high end go to Dubai. Enough about the hotel, the staff were super nice and very friendly, always welcoming you and saying goodbye when you came and went and great at offering advice when you needed it. The location is central and about a half hour walk to the far side of the Ao Nang strip, a 2 minute walk to the landmark night market, and a 10 minute walk to the pier where the longtail boats and most tours leave from.

Trust me, don't listen to the haters. This place was awesome.

Fantastisch!
Pros:

Bestaat al 72j en was van de koning.Nog bijna alles intact.De teak in de kamers,deuren en vloeren.De zwembaden,de ligging de rust niet te doen!

Cons:

De tand des tijds,is nogal wat oplapwerk nodig maar niet te veel aan het concept veranderen!

Ótimo custo-benefício
Pros:

É um hotel antigo, mas não deixa de ser menos especial por isso, algumas coisas precisam de manutenção, mas no geral tivemos uma ótima estadia, perto de tudo próximo da praia, amamos.

Pas grand chose de bien si ce n’est l’architecture de cet ancien palais, malheureusement pas entretenu. Le personnel est cependant très sympathique.

Cons:

Bâtiment en arrière cour non entretenu, hygiène déplorable, le ménage se limite apparemment à vider la poubelle, changer les serviettes et refaire le lit… le mini frigo s’arrête de fonctionner lorsqu’on quitte la chambre (comme la climatisation). Le petit déjeuner est sommaire. L’établissement demande une caution de 50$ au cas où quelque chose serait endommagé dans la chambre (lol), honnêtement je ne vois pas comment on pourrait restituer la chambre dans un pire état…

Pros:

Frukost med skitiga koppar bestick. Mycket lite att välja på. Vi hade bokat frukost varje dag men det fick räcka med den första. Jag blev helt uppäten av mygg.trotts att det fanns nyggjagare under varje bord. Ville även gå på toaletten i anslutning till restaurangen. Blev visad var den var och fick en chock. Toaletten både herrar och damers var fulla med avföring. Det fanns även toaletter i anslutning till Polen. Tyvärr var även dessa toaletter i katastrofalt skick.

Cons:

När vi kom till hotellet så informerade personalen om att "om vi inte var nöjda med rummet vi hade fått inte var bra så kunde vi byta i morgon" Jag anade oråd och bad henne att ge oss ett bättre rummet med en gång då vi skulle bo 14 dagar. Vi fick ett bra rummet på tredje våningen utan mygg och bra dusch. Städningen kräver ett eget kapitel. Sängkläder fick vi kräva byte av efter första veckan. Sedan blev de aldrig bytta mer.
Hotellet skulle kunna vara 5 stjärnor men inget underhåll inget intresse ingen städning har förstört detta hotell till en katastrof upplevelse.

Bardzo głośne klimatyzatory zepsute i trzeszczące na zewnątrz.
Basen w miarę ale czystość toalet przy nim i przy restauracji poniżej czegokolwiek.. polecam nie zaglądać dla własnego spokoju 😳😄 niektórzy mieli w pokojach mrówki inni wodę która nie spływała.
Nie wspomnę w przed przyjazdem miljon wysłanych wiadomości i zero odpowiedzi baliśmy się że jak dolecimy nie będzie gdzie spać

Nice and quiet locality. Main building has beautiful architecture and decorations. Very nice and welcoming breakfast staff.
I believe this hotel experienced great days in the past, some things need to be repaired but still room was clean, everything was ready and it is nice place with very good price/quality ratio.

Beautiful place
Pros:

Beautiful place, very spacious and with all amenities. The rooms are large, with plenty of natural light and a spacious balcony overlooking the pool. Everything necessary for a comfortable stay was provided.

Cons:

It's a bit far from town, but close to the food market. There aren't enough lounge chairs by the pool due to high demand; there should be more. It's confusing to have three hotels in the same location, and check-in is a cumbersome and lengthy process. The high security deposit of 2000 baht for lost keys should also be clearly stated.

Es ist nicht sauber und baufällig. Rezeption zusammen mit zwei anderen Hotels. Es ist dunkel, muffig und wirkt als "Lost Place" Personal ist unfreundlich und nicht hilfsbereit. Achtung Verdacht auf Touri Abzocke.
