Lo que más me gustó del Hotel Río Khan fue su ubicación, muy práctica para moverme por la Ciudad de México. Además, el área común del hotel está muy agradable
Lo que no me gustó fue que mi habitación no cumplió con lo esperado: las cortinas estaban dañadas y cayéndose, la cabecera estaba rota, no había ganchos para la ropa al llegar y además la habitación era más pequeña de lo que había reservado
The room was right by the lobby, you could see the reception from the window (and there was a gap in the roller curtain).
You could hear everything from the common areas, including when people got back at 1-2am.
The speakers turned on at 7am with very loud music, don't know who was controlling it.
Only stayed one night as there was no availability in other hotels, but wouldn't stay there again.

J’ai été très surprise quand j’ai vu que ma chambre était en face de la réception avec seulement une vitre en guise de séparation. On entend les gens discuter à la réception comme s’ils étaient à côté de nous, feels like you have no privacy. Suffocant, il n’y a pas de fenêtre, ça devrait absolument être indiqué, il faisait très chaud comme il n’y avait pas d’air circulant. J’ai finalement réservé une chambre dans un autre hotel

AC could be stronger since room felt hotter than outside, there was only one AC tower by bed for sleeping. Water had issue and ran out last day before checking out
I like the Japanese vibe a lot and love having access to a big bath.
Savant system is annoying and receptionist was not on property so I had to wait to checkin

Ryo Kan has wonderful, kind staff and is a great location for getting around.
We felt very safe in this calming, clean hotel.
Our room was small, but fine for us and very well designed to make best use of the space.
Breakfast was prepared for us every morning, which was a great bonus.
We booked in for an Onsen on our last day, so we could leave the city relaxed.
We booked the cheapest room, which was on the ground floor at street level, meaning there was some noise from bars as we were going to bed.
This was not an issue for us as we generally sleep easily and soundly - but could be for others.
I wasn’t keen on the huge tv in such a small room, it ruined the design, and we rarely watch television on holiday.
Your room is controlled by app - unlocking your door and turning on lights, which some might love, but I found slightly annoying.
I would have loved glass bottles of filtered water left in our fridge every day, to avoid plastic - we had personal refillable bottle that we asked staff to fill.
The breakfast area is stunning, just as pictured. The included breakfast is healthy and delicious as well. The staff is very kind, especially Hernan. He went out of his way to help us and make us feel comfortable.
The room is small and it’s hard to move around the room. A lot of sharp corners you might bump into if you’re not careful.

The room was so hot. I could not sleep for 3 days.
The design was on point. Central located next to great restaurants and cafes.
There was no air conditioning and no windows to bring in fresh air from the outside. Make it uncomfortable considering how hot Mexico City is.
