Safe and cosy hotel in amongst the hustle and bustle of taksim area
Pros:

Fantastic location a minute from taksim Square, surrounded by bars , shops cafes etc....Hotel...modern, very clean and very safe and comfortable and great value for money.....Staff ..very friendly and helpful and we're there whenever I needed any assistance......10/10 ...had a great stay ))))

Bien situé près de la place taksim.

Cons:

Chambre qui pourrait avoir du potentiel si le ménage était correctement fait avant l’arrivée: carrelage évier salle de bain avec projection, cheveux qui traînent, rideaux qui mériteraient d’être débarrassés de leurs acariens. Chambre à déconseiller aux allergiques !
Pas de ménage ni de changement de serviette pendant le séjour, dans cet hôtel, il est à demander.
Quartier très bruyant le week-end.

Pros:

Good location, clean room with anything we needed for a short stay in Istanbul. We chose it for the location, close to Taksim airport shuttle starting point but we had a restful sleep there. The receptionist was friendly and spoke English.

Reliable Choice with Exceptional Staff
Pros:

Crown taksim hotel exceeded my expectations for a short trip in Istanbul. The room was modern and cozy with a very comfortable bed. I appreciated the quick check-in process and the 24-hour service. It’s very centrally located, which made getting around easy.

Cons:

Only downside was the slightly noisy street, but overall, great value for money.

Between the yellow-stained sheets and the filthy bathroom, it was hands-down the most disgusting and unsanitary place I’

It was in a horrible condition. We had to leave immediately after checking in.

The bedsheet was covered in large yellow stains. The bathroom was equally disgusting and appeared neglected for quite some time. Hygiene should be the bare minimum, and this hotel failed miserably.

Unfortunately, it was waste of money as we had to look for another hotel due to feeling unsafe in this hotel.

Cons:

I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. Please refer to the photos to see condition of bedsheet, bathroom, and overall cleaning of the room.

Additionally, there is no hot water running in the sink.

Everything was excellent. I’d recommend it!
Pros:

Great stay overall! The location is perfect - lots of cafes and shops nearby, and the metro is just a short walk away. Everything was very clean, and the host was friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The only downside is some noise from bars below in the evenings (didn’t bother me, but might for others). Also, the pillows were quite high and firm, not very comfortable.

Our stay at Crown was perfect. Especially the location, close to Istiklal street and also a doner restaurant below the hotel. The receptionist Salih, was so kind and helpful with us!

Завтрак не включен, расположение очень удобное, парень на ресепшине очень приветливый, приятный!

Cons:

Горничная очень плохо убирает номер , санузел , кол-во тапочек не соответствует числу гостей , даже после неоднократных замечаний, сутки отсутствовала горячая вода

Cons:

We stayed at this property for one night only and was forced to leave due to unacceptable conditions.

There was no hot water, the room was extremely cold, and there was no staff or reception available at any time.

As I was traveling with three children, this situation was unsafe and completely unsuitable for a family stay. I had no choice but to leave and book another hotel at my own expense.

The property failed to provide even the most basic services expected from any hotel. Very disappointing experience.
