Personalul foarte amabil,dispus sa ajute.Am avut cateva cereri,care s-au rezolvat promt. Camera curata, cu facilitati bazic, dar conforme (raportului calitate-pret). Locatia destul de aproape de metrou/ de strada principala comerciala , cunoscuta a zonei, cu multe restaurante, locuri de luat masa, cafenele si magazine cu dulciuri traditionale. A fost un sejur ok,avand in vedere ca am prins ziua aceea cu marile inundatii cand s-a oprit total apa de seara, pana a doua zi seara (in toata zona Tacsim), situatie care nu poare fi imputata hotelului.Ei s-au descurcat, cum au putut mai bine,in atare conditii.

The hotel is in a very strategic and convenient location, just a short walk from Istiklal Street , with metro and bus stations nearby. The area is lively and well connected, and we felt safe and comfortable throughout our stay. We were three girls traveling together, and security was important to us.

The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help.

We would especially like to thank Abdelrahman at the reception for his outstanding hospitality. From the moment we arrived, he was incredibly welcoming and helpful. He was always attentive to our needs and ready to assist us with a smile. His professionalism, positive attitude, and genuine kindness made a real difference to our stay .

Overall, we had a great experience.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was excellent, from the cleanliness and comfort to the welcoming atmosphere and professional service.

Понравилось расположение, все в шаговой доступности.Метро площадь Таксим минут 5, рядом клубы , кафешки , магазины. Номера соответствуют на картинке.

The location and the young man at reception were probably the best parts of our stay. He was very friendly and helpful, and provided us with a hairdryer and an iron when we asked.

Unfortunately, we were not happy with room 202. The room, and especially the bathroom, is in serious need of renovation and much better cleaning. The toilet had clearly not been cleaned properly, with urine marks and hair still on it, the shower hose was broken, the bed linen did not feel clean, and there were no pillowcases on the pillows. Surprisingly, the towels and slippers were very good.

The balcony door did not close properly, and the room constantly smelled of cigarettes and smoke/food coming from the cafés below. It was also quite noisy. Maybe we were simply unlucky with this particular room, as we briefly saw another room that looked better, but based on our experience in room 202, we would not choose to stay here again.
