موظف الاستقبال " سعيد " محترم وحسن التعامل

الغرفة صغيرة والحمام صغير ومتسخ ويوجد عيوب كثيرة ، الدش مثقوب ولا يوجد رف لوضع الشامبو وفلتر الهواء متسخ والامر الاسوء وجود ضجيج وصوت حفر واعمال ترميم فوق الغرفة من الساعة العاشرة صباحا حتى السابعة مساءا ، وصوت موسيقى صاخبة من البارات التي بجانب الفندق ، و اغطية الاسرة لم تكن نظيفة وكانت متسخة ، صحيح ان تعامل موظف الفندق كان جيدا ولكن لابد من ذكر مواصفات الغرفة بشكل صحيح

Pros:

Wir waren vom 21. bis 24. Juli dort für vier Tage. Echt super, Top-Lage, sehr nettes Personal, alles war super. Man hat 24 Stunden Rezeption, Unterhaltung und sofortige Hilfe vom Personal. Kann ich nur empfehlen für alle, die in Taksim etwas unternehmen wollen.

Cons:

الغرف ضيقه جداً و ايضاً اضطررنا للصعود عن طريق الدرج للذهاب للشقه في الاعلى وكان الدرج مخيف لعدم الامان بسبب ضيق المكان وشكل الدرج الغير مريح ، وكذلك عدو الراحه بالنوم بسبب الازعاج الذي نسمعه بالقرب من الغرفه ولانعلم ماهو هل هو احتفال ام لاونج ام كازينو لانعلم 🤷🏻‍♂️ لم نكن مرتاحين واضررنا للخروج مباشره في اليوم التالي
