Freundlicher Service, jedoch entsprechen Unterkunft, Lage und Zustand nicht ganz dem Preisniveau.
Pros:

Was mir besonders gefallen hat, war der Service. Die Dame, die sich um alles gekümmert hat, war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und vor allem schnell in der Kommunikation. Sie war außerdem sehr flexibel und lösungsorientiert, was ich wirklich sehr geschätzt habe.
Bei Unstimmigkeiten empfehle ich, diese direkt anzusprechen. Ich habe das auch so gemacht und wir konnten alles schnell und unkompliziert klären, was sehr positiv war.
Was mir ebenfalls gut gefallen hat, war der Ausblick. Ich war im 18. Stock und der Blick über die Stadt war besonders am Abend sehr beeindruckend. Es ist wirklich schön, auf diese große Stadt zu schauen, vor allem wenn die Lichter angehen.

Cons:

Ich möchte ganz ehrlich sein, um anderen einen realistischen Eindruck zu geben.
Was mir nicht gefallen hat, ist, dass die Bilder im Internet nicht der tatsächlichen Situation entsprechen. Die Gebäude sind insgesamt sehr alt und in einigen Bereichen merkt man deutliche Abnutzung. Vor allem im Bad und bei der Einrichtung sieht man, dass vieles in die Jahre gekommen ist und teilweise bereits beschädigt wirkt. Einige Dinge sind so abgenutzt, dass man vorsichtig sein muss, damit nichts kaputtgeht. Das war auf den Fotos so nicht erkennbar. Auch der Sanitärbereich wirkt sehr alt, verfärbt und insgesamt nicht besonders ansprechend.
Daher empfinde ich das Preis Leistungsverhältnis als nicht gerechtfertigt. Hätte ich das vorher gewusst, hätte ich diese Unterkunft nicht gebucht.
Ein weiterer wichtiger Punkt ist die Lage. Die Straße verwandelt sich ab dem späten Nachmittag zunehmend in eine Art Rotlichtbereich. Bereits am Eingang der Anlage stehen viele Frauen und warten dort auf Kunden. Dadurch entsteht ein sehr lebhaftes und teilweise unangenehmes Umfeld.
Zusätzlich habe ich wahrgenommen, dass sich einige dieser Personen auch innerhalb der Anlage aufhalten, zum Beispiel in den Fluren oder im Aufzug. Teilweise scheint es auch so zu sein, dass mehrere von ihnen in einzelnen Wohnungen untergebracht sind. Das führt dazu, dass man im Gebäude selbst häufig mit wechselnden Personen konfrontiert ist.
Wer eine ruhige Umgebung sucht oder mit Familie, Partnerin oder Freunden reist und Wert auf ein entspanntes Umfeld legt, sollte diesen Punkt unbedingt berücksichtigen.
Ich finde es wichtig, dass man das im Vorfeld weiß, um die richtige Entscheidung treffen zu können.

Boendet funkar för en enklare vistelse i Bangkok. Det ligger nära centralwOrld, terminal 21, Lumphini parken osv. Det är ett lägenhets komplex men finns security vid byggnaden. Trevlig och hjälpsam tjej i receptionen.

Gatorna runt omkring är det mycket gubbar och barer (innebörden av det förstår man själv)
