Pros:

Modern hotel, looks nice, good cafe in the front

Cons:

QR code based doors instead of keys or code, Staff were not very helpful in adding a night although booking.com figured it out for us, got woken up at 4am by someone in the hall, couldn't find staff to assist. Did a load of laundry and the detergent gave me hives the next day.

Pros:

新しい今風のお洒落なホテルで惹かれました。価格もかなり手頃でありながら全体的な施設の清潔さ、キッチンや洗濯機や備品のクオリティも高く、部屋も広く、とあらゆる面で大満足です。また、各部屋に備え付けられてるお風呂もバスタブも綺麗で広くてファミリーとしてはとても有り難かったです。1Fにはカフェがあり、朝食も軽食もお酒も楽しめるところも良かったです。

Cons:

1Fのカフェのお酒の種類がかなり少ないのが残念でした。ホテルにバーが併設されているところが好きなので、マティーニとかカクテルを充実してくれるとより楽しめたなと思いました。また、宿泊客の多くは外国の方なので独特の臭いや空気感が少し苦手でした。しょうがないことですが。

Great family stay
Pros:

We had the bunk bed room and I am very happy with our room. Great size, small tables for the kids to eat off, microwave and a sink. What more could you ask for? I also loved that there were electrical points everywhere in the room so you could choose on charge your devices next to your bed or by the kitchen/living area. Our room also came with our own washer/dryer which was a God-sent because our prior 2 hotels did not have laundry amenities. Room keys were electronically managed so you just needed the QR code or PIN code and thus it was efficient to now have to carry around another key or card.

Service was fine, it’s a minimal service hotel where you do get help with check-in and check-out but amenities were self-service next to the reception and there was no luggage forwarding assistance offered. Reception staff were pleasant and helpful when approached.

There is onsen in the hotel which we didn’t use so I will not comment on it.

Location wise, I am a little bit torn. On 1 hand, it was good that it wasn’t smack in the middle of susukino which could have been loud and busy but near enough that we could walk to susukino and back or tram if we wanted to. However, on the other hand, it would have been nice for it to be that bit closer to the action and hustle and bustle of it all. It was a little bit less convenient to get to other tourist spots like Otaru because we had to tram to susukino then from there grab a subway to Sapporo station and then transfer out to JR station to train to Otaru.

Cons:

However, I am not a fan of there being no security measures to the floor. Anyone could come in and go to your floor. That being said, after 10pm, the main doors are locked.

It’s good but it’s on the high side considering it at Sapporo
Pros:

It’s very comfy and room size is decent for our group. My 5 yo still remember Fav hotel even after a month.

Cons:

Staff need work to be more friendlier and helpful.

家族旅行に最高！
Pros:

ゆったりしたお部屋で子供を含む家族３人で滞在するには十分な広さでした。とても清潔で静かな環境で快適に過ごすことができました。洗濯機は洗剤付き、簡易キッチンがあるので、朝食は部屋に持ち帰って電子レンジで温めたりできて良かったです。大浴場も貸し切り状態でゆっくり入れました。すぐそばにコンビニもあって、買い物も便利です。周りに沢山飲食店があって、食事にも困りませんでした。

Cons:

特にないですが、強いて言えばお風呂の照明をもう少し明るくしてもらえると嬉しいです。
