Overall, the experience was quite good — it was quiet and comfortable.
Pros:

It was quite clean, and the bed was comfortable to sleep on. The location wasn’t particularly great, but it wasn’t bad either. The room even came with a small vacuum cleaner, and the sound insulation was pretty good.

Cons:

The room description clearly stated that a microwave was included, but when I confirmed with the hotel, they told me there wasn’t one. The tone of their replies also didn’t feel very pleasant. This made me feel quite unhappy even before my stay, but since it was peak travel season and I had already paid, I didn’t cancel.

全てが完璧なホテルでした…
フロントスタッフのチェックイン対応、滞在中のホスピタリティ、、全員がとても素晴らしくくつろげる空間を提供してくれました。
部屋も清潔で心地よく完璧です！
大浴場サウナも類を見ない素敵なクオリティー！！そして豪雪の日に車で行きましたが…パーキング🅿️はアウトの日には雪は無くシステムも素晴らしいです。
もう札幌は、このホテルしか泊まりませんし、皆様にも100%お勧めします！

また、大浴場とサウナがあったのが非常に満足した。
