Pros:

There is a great view of the Tatra Mountains from the balcony. There is a large supermarket next to the hotel and it is located a short walk from the centre of Zakopane.
Overall, this is a good stay for travelers.

Cons:

Single bed was a little narrow and too hard.
I didn't notice but No A/C! we were lucky the heat wave was over, The weather has changed and become cooler.

Great staff, location, and clean environment!
Pros:

The staff was very kind and the check-in process was quick. The beds were comfortable. The location was fantastic and was walking distance from the main shopping/restaurant area. The hotel is right next to a grocery store so that was incredibly convenient and helpful! We arrived from Krakow which had high temperatures/heatwave so we were very grateful for the cool mountain air and rain. Although there's no AC or a fan, the breeze from opening our window was enough to circulate the air in the room and allow us comfort. It was also lovely listening to the rain with the window open.

Cons:

The full bed was two twin beds pushed together. This wasn't terrible as the beds are comfortable, but just something to keep in mind when you're booking! Also our room was a bit small so it was a bit of an obstacle to deal with our luggage and items, but we made it work.

Lokalizacja super, blisko centrum, dworca autobusowego , około hotelu dużo sklepów
Pokoje bardzo czyste odrazu widać że Pani pokojowe pracuję na wysokim poziomie 😊
Pani na recepcji bardzo przyjemne i miłe

Śniadanie niestety nie spróbowaliśmy ale napewno jesze wrócimy do tego hotelu i sprobujemy śniadania 🤗

Pros:

We had Twin/Double bed room with Mountain View.

We didn't interact much with the staff, pretty much only during check-in, breakfast and check-out. Everything went smoothly and they felt friendly.

The hotel has a great location - there is literally grocery store Biedronka at the parking lot next to it and it was open until 11 pm. Also Zakopane's centrum is within a walking distance.

The view to mountains was lovely, I think it is definitely worth to pay extra. Overall the room was clean and the toilet looked modern. The shower had pretty decent water pressure and provided hot enough water.

The big balcony was lovely too, not sure how useable it is - you can definitely stand there and lean against the rail but it is fairly narrow.

Cons:

Our room didn't have AC at all which was bit of a surprise, cosidering our room wasn't a standard one (Mountain View). The room temperature was too high time to time to have a pleasant and good sleep but we managed - at least balcony door and window can be opened. This is something to definitely consider if you decide to stay during summer months. The lack of AC was definitely biggest minus on my list.

The room doesn't have the best noise insulation either, sounds from the corridor are quite easy to notice.

The room didn't have a fridge - maybe some of the rooms do.

Also even thought our room had LG flat TV mounted on the wall, the TV was such an old model that it didn't have a Chromecast or any feature to mirror phone etc. Laptop could have been connected via HDMI. Maybe something to consider if you enjoy to watch movies/series while you chill in the room after a nice hike at the mountain.

Some reviews complained about shower being too small but for me it was definitely a very good shower with a nice shower wall - and I am a tall guy so I wouldn't be too worried about it.
