Love this place. I’d definitely stay here again.
Pros:

The team staff is incredibly friendly and proactive.
The room was very clean n very comfortable. love the king size bed n spacious room. Location surrounded by local food stalls and street eats

Publicité trompeuse : un logement privé noté comme un palace
Pros:

Le café faisant office de "lobby" était fermé les deux premiers jours, nous privant de tout petit-déjeuner.
Nous avons réservé 4 jours et si on avait su ...... Nous avons payé 369€ pour 4 jours (92€/jour) ce qui est cher pour ce quartier, 3 jours plus tard, le prix était de 35€ la nuit.
Si La chambre en elle-même est correcte, le ménage n'est fait que tous les 3 jours. Salle de bain pas top non plus (plutôt vétuste). Le quartier n'est pas touristique, le seul point positif reste la proximité des transports : l'arrêt du bus n°1 juste en face permet de rejoindre le BTS (Skytrain) et le centre commercial Asiatique/Pier pour les balades en bateau.
La faute revient à Booking qui mélange hôtels de standing et "cagibis" malgré les filtres, trompant ainsi les clients sur la prestation réelle.

Il est incompréhensible que cet établissement affiche des scores supérieurs à des hôtels de renom. On peut légitimement douter de la véracité des avis, seuls les commentaires négatifs reflétant ici la réalité. On ne peut pas comparer un logement de particulier avec de l'hôtellerie : ici, pas de réception, aucun accueil et une barrière de la langue totale. Le fait que des boules Quies soient offertes en guise de bienvenue en dit long sur le confort acoustique...
Situé sur un axe extrêmement bruyant et mal insonorisé, l'établissement est quasi impossible à identifier. La façade évoque un immeuble vétuste de "troisième zone".
Pour couronner le tout, le code d'entrée ne fonctionnait pas, nous laissant attendre longuement dans la rue. Même un 1er janvier, ce manque de communication est inacceptable.

A Hidden Gem in Thailand. Truly Felt Like Home!
Pros:

I’ve been to many hotels in Thailand, and this one was by far the best! It’s really cozy, with no harsh bright lights, a lovely interior, and very clean! It truly felt like home. The owner was very friendly and even helped me with my lost bag at the airport! Thank you for everything, I will definitely come back to this residence!

The hotel is so pretty, the bed very comfortable, the location was great too, the room was just beautiful. Overall I really loved our stay there and would book again.

Cons:

There is a slight smell from the bathroom but its not a big deal. Our room was facing the street and it quite loud so if you're not used to loud cities, it might not be for you.
