Pros:

The room was big,
But we could not enjoy all the facilities because we were with our 6 month old baby

Cons:

The restaurant food was quite tasteless and they should work on there service,
The location is quite far from other restaurants so as the only restaurant available at night we expected more

HORROROSAMENTE MALA

Deberían borrar el wellness. Hicimos el check-in a las 15:00 horas, con calor. llegamos a la habitación, la habitación estaba a 28 grados, con todo e sol de frente. Pusimos el aire acondicionado, y subió a 30 grados. Lamamos a recepción, nos dijo que llamaba al de mantenimiento. La habitación subía de temperatura, al no llegar el de mantenimiento, volvimos a llamar a recepción, no nos cojieron el teléfono, fui al otro edificio donde estaba recepción, no había ningún cliente y aun así no lo cogieron. LE DIJE O LLAMAS AL DE MANTENIMIENTO O NOS CAMBIAS DE HABITACIÓN. me fui al hall dl piso de mi habitación, porque a la habitación no se podía estar. Cuando llego el de mantenimiento, nos dijo, qu el aire acondicionado estaba aún con aire caliente que es centralizado, por mucho que bajes la temperatura del aire es centralizado y no baja. Nos cambiamos de habitación que daba menos el sol, abrimos la ventana de la habitación, y la música del restaurante(supuestamente) super alta , MOLESTANDO DE UNA MANERA JAMAS VISTA EN UN HOTEL, toda la tarde. Almohadas malísimas, y para rematar un DESAYUNO DESASTROSO NO CORRESPONDE A UN HOTEL DE 4 ESTRELLAS SUPERIOR. TENIA 2 NOCHES PAGADAS Y SOLO ESTUVE 1, me fui al día siguiente.

Habitación muy bonita y cómoda. Mencionar el wc japones! Entorno precioso y para pasar una velada con la familia.

Inolvidable
Pros:

Está todo medido al detalle para que pases una experiencia inolvidable. Lo recomendaría a todo el mundo, ya sea para ir en pareja, con amigos o familia.

Cons:

Por poner un pero muy pequeño, el champú y el suavizante eran horribles me dejaron el pelo fatal. Y la atención de recepción bastante seca pero correcta

El lugar era hermoso, con excelentes instalaciones y muy cómodo . La verdad que me sorprendió todo lo que se podía hacer. Tenía muchas actividades, una piscina y un gimnasio excelentes .

Cons:

No me gustó el olor que había en el baño ( orina y sumidero) y no teníamos hecha la habitación.
Nos atendieron súper bien pero finalmente la solución fue que nos instaláramos en una habitación sin terminar de arreglar

Las áreas publicas del hotel están muy bien mantenidas y es muy bonito. Un hotel bastante completo con gimnasio, piscina interior y exterior que es una pasada, aunque en la fecha en la que fui estaba recién abierta y el agua helada imposible de usarla, pistas de padel, spa, futbol, baloncesto. El personal es muy atento. El restaurante del hotel bastante bien. Las habitaciones son espaciosas y cómodas.

Cons:

El aire acondicionado de la habitación no funcionaba porque por la época solo hay calefacción pero nos ha pillado en el cambio de temporada y pase mucho calor por la noche. La respuesta del personal en este sentido no ha sido nada buena y no me advirtieron de esto. Ademas en la reserva que hice por booking dice habitaciones con aire acondicionado. Esto es engañar al cliente. Debieron advertirlo en la reserva y sobre todo al momento de hacer el check in. El desayuno incluido en el precio de la habitación es completamente básico, sin variedad ni alternativas.

Très belle chambré moderne et propre.
Une terrasse magnifique et un lit hyper confortable.
Petite odeur de canalisation dans la salle de bain hyper moderne.

Cons:

Le chaos de la réservation, un personnel parfois très désagréable et un petit déjeuner frugal.
Un « do it yourself » dans un 4 étoiles : fallait trouver sa tasse, ses couverts, son bol, et ensuite se ruer sur les deux rondelles de kiwi et la dernière tranche de jambon… Pour un établissement de ce standing, peut vraiment mieux faire.

However, I was quite disappointed with the breakfast service. The food was cold, the tables were not cleaned promptly, and the staff seemed inattentive and poorly organized. This was a noticeable letdown compared to the otherwise positive experience. My advice dont choose breakfast- is not big choice and is not worth money and is opening at 8:00.
