The accommodations were comfortable and convenient, though they seemed a bit more expensive than oth
Pros:

The location offers convenient access to various amenities. I was able to reach the beach and a large local market on foot, and for destinations further afield, a brief Uber-type motorcycle ride was readily available. Additionally, several excellent restaurants were within walking distance.

Cons:

The lobby wasn't air-conditioned. It was a bit noisy at night. The tours aren't vetted. The rooftop pool had no shaded areas to chill. My friend paid way less for the same room type and layout with an air-conditioned lobby and a restaurant.

Die Gegend erinnerte mich an eine Plattenbau Siedlung, alles sah gleich aus
Unmengen an Respektlosen Touristen die die ganze Nacht mit ihren Motobikes am Hotel auf dicke Hose machen

Beaucoup trop cher pour les prestations.
Pros:

Bon emplacement pour les jeunes car quartier français qui bouge et qui est bruyant mais à proximité de tous les commerces.

Cons:

C’est vraiment des chambres bas de gammes. Nous sommes restés 4 nuits le ménage n’a même pas été fait. La femme de ménage est venue au bout de 2 jours pour simplement « refaire le lit » sans changer les draps ni même laver les sanitaires. Vis-à-vis extrême sur le balcon donc on laisse h24 les rideaux fermés sinon l’immeuble d’en face voit TOUT. Petite piscine, pleine de chlore, transats cassés, pas de parasol alors que c’est sur le toit donc en plein soleil. Mauvaises odeurs dans les parties communes.

The drain for the shower was outside of the partition next to the toilet, so the room would flood & there was hardly any hot water

Loved it! We even extended our stay here.
Pros:

We had a great stay at Di Yana it was great value for money. Friendly and responsive staff, the room was spacious, modern and clean. The pool was great and also clean. Location suited us well, in the quieter side of town but still not far from the beach and shops. Lots of restaurants around too. Highly recommend!

Cons:

Perhaps there could be an umbrella or two on the poolside for sun protection.

Staff assolutamente impreparato che non parla inglese e non risolve quanto segnalato
Bagno impraticabile in molte stanze in quanto lo scarico è esterno alla doccia
Il bagno si allaga sempre
Segnalato il problema ci hanno dato una camera uguale
Camere senza nessun armadio
Le camere non vengono rifatte se non su richiesta e tante volte neanche quello
Piscina inutilizzabile per presenza di tre lettini per tutto l'hotel e nessun riparo dal sole

Room spartan. Devoid of colour or warmth.
Air-conditioning very noisy and labouring to cool the room.
No dining, of any kind..
The. Building was, although well maintained amongst many others, all of the exact build, making the whole area reminiscent of a large council, /Russian workers housing estate.
Certainly nothing glamorous. Just basic.
