DEO PLAZA Suites & Riverside by Downtown Apartments

Det eneste problemet var liv og røre på gaten nedenfor på nettene mellom kl 1 og 3.30. Fulle ungdommer fra halve Europa på vei hvem fra barer og nattklubber, sto lenge og snakket, lo, ropte og så videre, før de endelig la seg. Verken vakter eller politiet gjorde noe med det på Chmielna.

We disappointed for the room that we got. because the room that I booked it was one double room which is with king size bed(French bed) but we received the twin room which is they made 2 separate bed together. I informed the reservation department for the bed which is I didn’t asked about it and not comfortable. there wasn’t even big blanked!! there were 2 single blanket which is made us uncomfortable all the night. when I informed to reservation department. they told me they combined the bed highly comfortable for us and they said it’s not possible to change the room. when I woke up in the morning I was between 2 beds already. no reception service. you can contact with them just on WhatsApp which is it calls smartchats. and sometimes you need to wait for the answer a few hours. not communicating face to face that’s why they are so comfortable to refuse your request. we stayed in room 516B and there is a night clup just infront of the apartment and it’s really noise at night. you can hear the voice of the drank people in your ears. + the water is overflowing in bathroom after showering. They don’t have housekeeping service for all ur stay. If you want to change the sheets or towels you need to pay extra :) for all those problems they just offered us late check out till 13pm. But its not covered the problem that we faced.

Although there is no dishwasher in the room, there is kitchenware available for cooking meals. It would be great to add dishwashing liquid and a sponge to make it easier to clean the dishes

Little bit noisy on the night from music club but wasn’t too bad

De bedden waren veel te hard. De temperatuur in de kamer was 27,4 graden bij aankomst, we konden met de airco slechts 4 graden terugkoelen. Ons appartement 515b lag direct gelegen naast een disco / bar. Daar kwam zo ontzettend veel kabaal uit tot diep in de nacht dat we zelfs met oordoppen in en het raam dicht (wat niet comfortabel was met zo’n warme temperatuur in de kamer) beide nachten amper hebben kunnen slapen. Dit hadden we na de eerste nacht meteen aangegeven en gevraagd of verhuizing erin zat. Men vond het zogenaamd erg vervelend voor ons, maar het automatisch ChatGPT gegenereerde berichtje zei verder dat verhuizing niet mogelijk was en men wenste ons verder een lekkere tweede nacht toe. Slaap en uitrusten is erg belangrijk vinden wij, daarom zou ik appartement 515b ten zeerste afraden! Het uitzicht dat in andere recensies zo wordt geroemd hadden wij dus ook totaal niet! We keken uit op deze luidruchtige bar. Vreselijk!
