Bien mais peut mieux faire car il y a du potentiel
Pros:

Le lieu est paisible et on a apprécié la psicine. Les lits sont confortables.

Cons:

Le bruit la nuit: scooters, chiens, coqs...: difficile de trouver le sommeil.
Le resto: on ne peut payer qu'en espèces
pas de services de navette aéroport proposé

Pros:

La struttura é accogliente. I dipendenti sono gentilissimi e disponibili. Le camere pulite. Il giardino é molto curato e la piscina bella.

Cons:

Per chi é abituato ad avere molto fresco in camera i condizionatori forse sono poco potenti. Se non si é abituati a viaggiare nel sud-est asiatico forse potrebbero dare fastidio gli insetti.

El desayuno correcto

Cons:

Cuando llegamos, el baño estaba muy sucio, tenia gotas de orina en la taza y la cadena no estaba tirada. Acto seguido fuimos a avisar, vinieron a limpiarlo, y seguía igual. La cadena no tragaba bien. La cama tenia algún bicho, el hervidero de agua estaba sucio…. En general mala experiencia.

A parte, estaba muy lejos del centro si solo te quedas para hacer el tour komodo

Appart au calme et très confortable
Pros:

L’appartement est très spacieux et propre et est dans un bon état. Ça peut être un peu plus chaleureux mais après c’est très pratique

Cons:

C’est un appartement donc pas d’accueil ou de réception. Le checking se fait via message et via code mais tout était nickel !

A környezet hangulata fantasztikus, a kert, a medence, a növények mesések, a személyzet nagyon kedves és segítőkész. Kijelentkezés után maradhattunk a medencénél a délutáni repülőjárat indulásáig.

Cons:

Az elhelyezkedés nem ideális, csak taxival megközelíthető. A helyi étterem kínálata nagyon korlátozott, célszerű külső helyszínen vacsorázni.

Ottimo per una o due notti.
Pros:

Piscina molto bella è ambientazione in un giardino favoloso. Villette esternamente molto carine. Personale molto gentile e disponibile: hanno anche ascoltato i nostri gusti per la colazione e ci hanno fatto trovare le banane il giorno dopo al primo, che non c’erano il primo giorno.

Cons:

Avremmo gradito più pulizia nelle stanze, piuttosto essenziali, con molti spifferi da cui entravano molte zanzare.
Colazione poco varia, in quanto facevano solamente uova (cucinate in ogni modo) e qualche frutto.
Strada sterrata per arrivare all’hotel.

Pros:

Nous avons particulièrement aimé la piscine, qui était toujours très calme (nous étions souvent que nous 2 lors de nos baignades).
Gros plus à l'équipe de l'hôtel qui ont toujours été hyper à l'écoute, souriant et arrangeant.
Concernant la chambre, tout était nickel. C'était super propre, rien à redire!
On recommande à 100%!

Environnement exceptionnel à proximité de Labuan Bajo
Pros:

Petit hôtel extrêmement sympathique en dehors de Labuan Bajo, le personnel est extrêmement attentif à nos besoins et d'un super accueil. La piscine est très agréable, ainsi que les transats qui y sont disposé autour - le linge pour la piscine est fourni par l'hôtel.

Les chambres sont très grandes et fonctionnelles.

Le petit-déjeuné proposé est parfait pour débuter la journée. Possibilité de le prendre dans la salle aux abords de la piscine ou en chambre - ce qui peut être très appréciable.

Il est très facile de rejoindre le centre ville avec des taxis/grab.

Bons espaces extérieurs mais chambres vieillissantes et qui manquent d’un petit coup de neuf.
Pros:

La piscine était vraiment jolie et le cadre également avec un joli jardin verdoyant. Le personnel était aux petits soins et très accueillant.

Cons:

Les chambres sont un peu rudimentaires, les portes ne ferment pas bien et laissent craindre l’arrivée de moustiques dans la chambre. Les toilettes dégageaient également une assez forte odeur, et mériteraient d’être retapées. Il serait vraiment souhaitable d’ajouter des moustiquaires aux lits. Le quartier est assez excentré de la ville, au milieu des habitations locales, ce qui crée certaines nuisances sonores.

Lovely calm and green property away from the center.
Pros:

The place has a gorgeous garden and a great swimming pool. The little villas are nice with a kind of outdoor shower. The staff there are really, really nice and helpful. There is a small restaurant there, practical for daily needs. The atmosphere is calm, it’s a small property.

Cons:

The property starts to get old and could use a little more maintenance. In addition, I had a multiple communication issues : over my Booking.com , the person who proposed to arrange taxi transfers and activities just NEVER answered. Then I was asked to contact 2 or 3 different WhatsApp numbers - one in Bali and not Flores (?) ; I was even asked to contact the very first number who ignored me; and at the end I could not have a single word of information with this “manager”. However the people actually in the property are lovely so no big issues.

Pros:

garden is nice, villas are pretty, pool is good. staff was nice. our stay COULD have been nice...

Cons:

our toilets were clogged and the smell of feces was strong. difficult to sleep there. also the noise of the party in neighboring village was very loud. we chose this for a quiet night before our flight - well that didnt work out. it was noisy and smelly. without the party and the malfunctioning toilet i guess it could have been very nice. the location is pretty far outside of town, given how wakable labuan bajo is, we would have prefered to stay in the town.
