Pros:

離JR上中里站很近，車站外有超市跟7-11很方便，我們總是回家前去超市買特價食物（太晚就買不到了），暖氣可以正常使用，晚上睡得很好，雖然住三樓但每一層距離不遠，我們住五天都沒有換民宿所以沒有搬行李不方便的問題，早上開門可以看到鐵軌跟住宅區的光景，感覺很像也是住在日本一樣，屋主還有準備保暖室內鞋可使用

Cons:

沒有可以晾曬浴巾、毛巾的地方有點可惜，但還是很喜歡這裡😊

Spacious stay, amazing neighborhood
Pros:

The location and neighborhood are excellent — one of the best areas I’ve stayed in Tokyo so far. It’s only a 5-minute walk from Kaminakazato Station, and there’s a supermarket right in front of the accommodation, which was very convenient. There’s also a sento (public bath) just 3 minutes away and a coin laundry next to it. Staying here really allowed us to immerse ourselves in everyday Japanese local life.

The room itself is quite spacious and very clean, suitable for a family of 3–4 people. The staff were very responsive — they checked in with us about our arrival time and were quick to answer any questions we had.

Overall, it was a comfortable and authentic stay in a great neighborhood.

Cons:

The layout of the room is a bit awkward, especially the placement of the TV. It’s difficult for everyone to comfortably watch TV together, and we couldn’t really enjoy watching it while having our meals.

Also, when it rains, there is no canopy at the front entrance. This makes it slightly inconvenient to put on jackets or prepare umbrellas before heading out.

Pros:

Clean and very new rooms. The neighbourhood is very calm. The owner is very fast to respond if you have any issues so that was perfect. I would stay there again!

Cons:

There is no hooks or hanging things in the bathroom and the room (it’s not that big of a deal, but it does make it a bit annoying with towels and such).

離電車站不太遠，走路5分鐘，有小廚房可烹飪，方便自行料理。

Cons:

廁所毛巾放的位置不太好，且應增設置衣架，提供盥洗時放置衣物。門口應設置感應燈，方便照明晚上入住時選按號碼鎖。
