離電車站不太遠，走路5分鐘，有小廚房可烹飪，方便自行料理。

Cons:

廁所毛巾放的位置不太好，且應增設置衣架，提供盥洗時放置衣物。門口應設置感應燈，方便照明晚上入住時選按號碼鎖。

房間內可以打開兩個29吋行李箱，床蠻舒服的。

Cons:

1.大門不夠密合，一直有冷風吹進來，導致房內就算開 30度的暖氣還是一樣很冷。
2.浴室內置物空間很少。
