It’s really new villas.
They are opened not so long time ago but always fully booked :)
Nice facilities, restaurant. Just everything as it should be.
As others mentioned, there are a construction close, but it’s really not annoying at all. And to be honest they are finishing. I hope in a month it will be finished.

Cons:

La propreté de la villa laisse à desirer, les insectes et fourmis dans la maison (cuisine, chambres)sont très nombreux et surtout dans la piscine, celle ci est mal entretenue, sale et n’a pas été utilisable lors de notre séjour alors que c’était la raison principale de notre reservation.

Pros:

Новый комплекс, недавно открылась первая очередь, но работы были продуманы гениально. Живя в таунхаусе, мы внутри не слышали никакого шума стройки, только тишина и природа. Все новое, чистое, очень просторно и комфортно как внутри так и на территории комплекса. Персонал очень услужливый, но без излишней навязчивости, как это бывает на Бали, когда не можешь спокойно позавтракать, потому что десять раз тебя спрашивают все ли хорошо. Здесь персонал тихо приходит и тихо уходит, только когда нужно.
За соотношение цена -качество готова поставить 💯, но можно только 10😉

Cons:

You must call a driver to go anywhere (restaurants / attractions).
Villa is not fully fenced
Two mornings in a row, a dog came into my Villa.
Gym is available, but requires an extra fee.

Units location, unit size and comfort of unit. Well equiped home with great service from staff. Ideal place to stay for family of 4-6

Cons:

Advertise clearly mentioning that pool, gym facilities not included and will incurre additional charges. Shower head was shooting water all over the place.

Amazing new apartments and so central - with great amenities.
Pros:

The beautyFULL modern design of these apartments - luxurious - minimal but so comfortable.

Sheets are clean - towels and it just felt like home.

No mould or damp which is an issue in Ubud.

You have everything you need. You can fully relax and truly enjoy some rest.

Cleaning every day and place was impeccable.

Staff very kind and super helpful.

We had an amazing time and we will definitely be back.

Nice restaurant on site and overall secure and safe feeling.

Cons:

I would love to see some discounts for guests at the nova wellness so it feels more inclusive.

Obviously still some construction happening but it was not really bothering us so much as you can’t hear it too much in the apartments themselves.
