great place, modern, hard to find something similar. close to restaurants, Pepito Supermarket 3 mins walking, very good internet and the staff super helpful

Cons:

there was a construction at the entrance, didn't make any noise, but some dust sometimes; anyway, by now should be done.

Easy private villa lifestyle for large groups or families!

We loved the space, location, staff and ease of staying here.
Great for big groups of families. Walking distance to the main area of ubud. Staff friendly and attentive.

It was clean and at a very convenient location. Had lots of good restaurants and spas nearby. The inhouse cafe/restaurant had good portion size and excellent taste.

Spacious modern villa that comes short in Ubud
Pros:

- good location
- newer villas with gym facility (extra charge)
- spacious space
- basic cooking supplies (pots/pans, coffee machine on request, utensils)
- friendly housekeeping, restaurant and security team (not every interaction with staff was friendly)

Cons:

- didn’t love the cash security deposit and waiting for someone to check my room upon checkout when my driver is waiting. I’d prefer a credit card hold.
- it’s Bali, I would expect some bugs, our villa had a serious ant issue and when brought to the attention of the hotel it was a serious dead ant and worse ant situation
- some things about villa aren’t to the quality of the villa: broken marble, already rust in showers, and some cut corners during building
- walking by the construction of the new hotel everyday wants me to be a worker comp lawyer - the conditions are awful where workers live and they work until late in evening and early mornings wearing flip flops. I get it’s Indonesia and different laws exist but I would hope an international company would do better building and providing good conditions to workers

It’s really new villas.
They are opened not so long time ago but always fully booked :)
Nice facilities, restaurant. Just everything as it should be.
As others mentioned, there are a construction close, but it’s really not annoying at all. And to be honest they are finishing. I hope in a month it will be finished.

Cons:

La propreté de la villa laisse à desirer, les insectes et fourmis dans la maison (cuisine, chambres)sont très nombreux et surtout dans la piscine, celle ci est mal entretenue, sale et n’a pas été utilisable lors de notre séjour alors que c’était la raison principale de notre reservation.
