Amazing stay and highly recommended.
Pros:

Recently built property so everything is fresh and modern. Nice pool and access to a modern gym 1min walk away. They offered to drive you in the hotel buggy. Nice touch but unnecessary to the gym! Absolutely amazing staff.

Cons:

A couple of trip hazards but quickly adjusted to those!

Casa Maddu made our stay in Sebatu exceptional!
Pros:

The staff at Casa Maddu was so exceptionally friendly and helpful, our stay there was wonderful! They helped us book drivers around Bali, were so kind and welcoming, even let us hop on the back of their personal scooters for a quick ride around town! We felt truly spoiled staying there. Besides the amazing staff, the resort is luxurious, clean, and in a great location within Sebatu. We were able to walk to several of the sights we wanted to see (Ulu Petano, Pura Garung, and Sari Timbul).

Cons:

From our room there was no view of the exceptional landscape around us. Other than that, no complaints!

Best stay ever
Pros:

EVERYTHING. The facility is a dream and the outstanding service made our stay exceptional. All of the receptionists were lovely and arranging but the one who attended us the most was Eva, she was amazing.

This was probably the best stay we had in our lives, a dream hotel with everyone treating us with such care. We even extended our stay just to enjoy this place a little more.

Pros:

Minden tökéletes volt. A szoba, a szállás, a környék. A személyzet segítőkészségére és kedvességére nincsenek szavak. A legjobb szállásunk volt a 10 napos utunk során.

Cons:

A medence vize nagyon hideg volt.

The location was quite rural and uphill. The road only fits for one car so if there are cars coming from the opposite side, it could be challenging.

是新的旅館所以很多東西都很新
房間很乾淨
員工們都超熱情、有禮貌、很熱心
而且他們打掃是每天都會清掃房間、大廳的擺飾品每天都會擦、游泳池每天都會用水下吸塵器清理
非常乾淨！
早餐也可以送到房間吃🥰
要去附近合作的餐廳、健身房也會開小哺哺車帶你去！
這樣就算吃完晚餐很晚或是健身完很晚很暗
你也不用害怕 他們會來接你！！
再來是大家很在意的水質
我這次有自己帶淨水器等級的蓮蓬頭來
但是使用一週後發現其實沒有太髒 只有小雜質
很多人說什麼來峇里島住三天
蓮蓬頭的過濾芯就黑到爆
這裡不會
代表飯店本身的水質是乾淨的
而且每一間房間都有自己的熱水器
真的不用怕沒熱水⋯⋯
這在峇里島很難得
每天幫你整理房間還會幫你折衣服哈哈哈
浴室設備也很讚
免治馬桶、浴缸、蓮蓬頭跟淋浴都有
洗髮精沐浴乳也有！
備品有牙刷組～
每天會附贈兩瓶水
房間有茶包、咖啡、糖包可以使用唷
也有冰箱！
全部的設備都非常完整
好讚🥰
我只能說：以～～定是大拇指的啦😍🥰
根本想住一個月了哈哈哈

Alles was perfect! Het bed lag super lekker. Ik vond het fijn dat het hoog was en niet te hard en ook niet te zacht. Ook de kussens lagen heerlijk. Echt alles was nieuw en strak. Daarnaast was het onbijt erg mooi en lekker. Personeel ook super vriendelijk, dat maakte het verblijf nog leuker en beter.

Charmant hôtel, excentré, situé à Pecatu, proche des rizières. Au calme mais geckos très présents
Pros:

L,hôtel est très mignon et le personnel est aux petits soins et fait tout pour aider et résoudre le moindre problème, surtout le manager Putra.

Cons:

L’hôtel qui est certainement récent n’est pas encore bien répertorié par Grab ce qui est gênant pour y accéder. Il faut noter également la présence de nombreux geckos et d’insectes du fait de la proximité des rizières. Quelques mauvaises odeurs dans la chambre. Enfin il y a peu d’activités à faire autour de l’hotel, il faut absolument un mode de transport.

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Maddu. We initially booked just one week, but because we felt so good and comfortable there, we decided to extend our stay. The place is extremely clean, the breakfast is absolutely fabulous, and the staff is incredibly helpful and attentive. We truly enjoyed our time here and would happily return!

Cons:

The only downside is that in the photos the breakfast appears to be served in front of the rice fields, but since they made some changes, this is no longer the case. It wasn’t a major issue for us, but it’s worth mentioning for future guests.
