We had a short layover in MXC and chose Condessa neighborhood. Very nice walkable area and attentive staff at the casa.

Great location, but noisy
Pros:

Good location, staff friendly, clean. We only needed the room to sleep as we were out for most of the days so all in all it was fine!

Cons:

Bed and pillows not the most comfortable. VERY thin walls, we could hear people's tiktok videos from our room at night! Water pipes also very loud, anytime anyone took a shower or used the bathroom, we could hear the water running through the pipes. Refrigerator noise was loud and very abrupt at night.

Really nice place to stay at!
Pros:

Really nice place to stay at in La Condesa. Room was very nice, staff was super friendly and location ideal.

Cons:

It can be noisy. The walls are thin and you can hear everything happening in the corridors. It is not an overly busy place, so it's not noisy all the time. They do provide earplugs to sleep with and it is generally quiet at night, but can get loud early in the morning.

Apesar da situação do banheiro, eu achei uma hospedagem com ótimo custo-beneficio e voltaria a me hospedar.
Pros:

O local é bem localizado. Em um bairro tranquilo e com vários lugares para comer por perto. Também fica perto de pontos de turismos alvos.
O lugar também é extremamente limpo e cheiroso, havia regularmente troca de toalhas e limpeza de quarto.

Cons:

Infelizmente no banheiro do nosso quarto subia um cheiro ruim que vinha do esgoto desde os primeiros dias de hospedagem. Mesmo a faxineira limpando, logo o cheiro surgia novamente. Precisamos deixar a porta do banheiro fechada para não infestar o quarto.

Seguro, lindo y comfortable.
Pros:

El hotel super lindo , pequeño pero es lo que necesitas . Cerca de todo , zona segura, todo el personal super friendly, limpio. Cuarto pequeno pero es MAs de lo que necesitas .

Cons:

Lo unico que no me gusto que Aunque nos toco en 1er piso , se escucha todo. Y Puedes Escuchar a Los vecinos , en nuestra semana tuvimos buenos vecinos que pudimos dormir . Solo escuchabamos cuando llegaban muy tarde y despues silenciosos .
