Muy buena ubicación, la atención de los empleados muy amable.

Cons:

No realizan limpieza de la habitación, y solo en una ocasión nos proporcionaron nuevas toallas. Una de las noches de nuestra estancia no había quien abriera la puerta de la entrada a pesar de que se tocó el timbre y la puerta múltiples veces, fue un huésped el que nos tuvo que abrir.

Good location in a calm and green neighbourhood, very clean and modern facilities, great and huge shower, and helpful staff for taxi drives.

Cons:

Small bedroom, difficult to store all the luggage.
If you plan to be out all the time this is no real a problem .

Convenient and heartwarming
Pros:

I loved the staff. They were so nice and helpful and truly made our stay special.

Cons:

Very thin pillows. We requested more from the front desk in order to be comfortable.

Also, the hot water in the shower would randomly stop working mid-shower which was inconvenient.

Quartos bonitos, teria sido perfeito se não tivéssemos o problema com os chuveiros.
Pros:

Localização excelente e segura, funcionários atenciosos, cortesia de garrafas de água e cápsulas de café diariamente.

Cons:

Infelizmente, o chuveiro estava com problemas, esfriava demais não permitindo um banho de mais de 5 minutos. Nos deram até mais um quarto, porém o problema persistiu quase que todos os dias. E um dos dias, a limpeza do quarto não foi realizada, precisamos solicitar após um dia inteiro fora.

Perfect location in Condesa / Roma, walkable to lots of nice cafes and food spots. Comfy bed and good bathroom.

Cons:

Unfortunately there was a really bad fishy smell in our original room. We were moved to a new smaller room after the first night. Staff were friendly but they ignored our complaints about the smell when we moved in and were unable to offer us a partial refund for our troubles.

Good spot, but consider a bigger room if not staying solo.
Pros:

Great location to walk around Condesa / Roma Norte. Room was clean. People were nice, though their English wasn't great.

Cons:

Just kinda cramped for 2 people for multiple days. The bathroom was small, and there were no drawers to put clothes away.
